Highlights:
-Cassie finds out that Annie has Tammy
-Dinah and Hart breakup
-Dinah has some news for Reva
-Ross and Ben face off

COMPANY: Rick calms Abby while Roy sits at the bar looking menacing. Rick
demands that Ross tell him how Roy got out of jail when a stranger enters
and says he can shed some light. Ross looks surprised to see "Ben" and Ben
tells Ross he's in town to defend Roy. Rick wants to know if they're old
friends and Ben challenges Ross to tell everyone who he is.

LEWIS OIL: Marah and Cassie eat ice cream; Marah hopes that Cassie will get
her daughter back. Reva and Josh come back. Cassie tells them what a sweet
girl Marah is, and how Marah makes her miss Tammy; Reva assures Cassie that
Tammy is being well cared for.

TAMMY'S ROOM: Alan tells Annie what a great team they make - how soon they
will own Springfield - just he and Annie. Annie thinks they should include
Tammy too and wants to know if they really have to give Tammy back. Alan
reminds Annie that Tammy is their insurance. Annie says they could adopt
Tammy and starts to list reasons why they would be better parents. Alan cuts
her off. Alan tells her she's being ridiculous - and if she can'g get over
her obsession with Tammy he's going to get someone else to take care of her.
Tammy runs out saying that she wants Annie and Annie picks her up giving
Alan a "look what you did" look.

PENTHOUSE: Dinah is blinfolded and asks Hart if she can peek yet. Hart is at
the desk where he has discovered the birth control pills. He says he can't
believe it and Dinah takes off the blindfold and sees what he's doing. Hart
wants to know what she's doing with birth control pills and Dinah says
they're old. Hart notices they're used up until the day before and Dinah
says that's a coincidence. Hart says they're not old because the pills were
sitting on top of a magazine she read the day before. Dinah says she had to
get somethings out of the drawer and must have shuffled things around. Hart
wants the truth and Dinah insists she is telling the truth. Dinah gets
defensive and says she could be pregnant right now, and Hart says she didn't
even want to have a baby and then had a sudden change of heart - Dinah says
he convinced her. Hart asks again for the truth - Dinah says the pills are
leftover from a few months ago. Hart says he's going to throw them in that
case - Dinah tells him to set them on fire - so they will go up in smoke
like their relationship.

LIGHTHOUSE TWIRL

Dinah dumps the drawer all over the bed screaming that he should look at all
of the contents and starts crying because he doesn't trust her. Hart caves
in and says he does trust her - he just didn't know she was a pack rat. Hart
wants to know why she was saving the pills - Dinah says she wasn't saving
them - she was just confused - between staying at her apt and the farmhouse
she doesn't even now where her clothes are half the time. Hart seems
appeased and they kiss - Dinah tells him she loves him. They start to get
passionate Dinah gets Hart on his back and then - ouch! - something poked
him - he laid down right on the pills. Dinah says to give them to her and
she'll throw them away. Hart flips them over and sees the prescription
sticker. Hart tells her she's really good and can't believe how stupid he
is. Dinah wants to know what he's talking about. Hart points out that the
prescription isn't expired and that she must have been taking them all along.

TAMMY' ROOM: Annie tucks Tammy in and she and Alan go back out into the
hall. Annie tells Alan that's she's trying to help Tammy and she doesn't
Alan upsetting the girl. Alan says it won't happen again because Cassie will
be coming to get Tammy soon. Annie think's they're rewarding Cassie with
Tammy and Alan reminds Annie that Tammy is insurance to make sure Cassie
does her job. Annie gets day-dreamy and says Tammy is beautiful little girl.
Alan reminds her that it was only make believe. Annie snaps out of it and
says she was just wishful thinking. Alan says they just have to stick to
the plan; as soon as everything is over Annie can adopt a child - but for
now she has to keep her mind on business. Alan wants to know if Annie sent
the sleeping powder to Cassie - she did. Alan says in that case he's going
to go to the hotel and make sure the photographers are in place - reminding
Annie not to do anything counterproductive while he's gone. Annie goes back
into Tammy's room and kneels by the bed saying that "Mommy can't bear the
thought of losing her little angel", Tammy hears the words Mommy and stirs,
then sits straight up screaming "Mommy". Annie tries to calm her down but
Tammy says she wants her mommy. Tammy begs to talk to her mommy - just for
a little bit.

LEWIS OIL: A messenger delivers a package to Cassie - the sleeping powder.
Cassie looks at it with distaste realizing she has to use it on Josh. The
phone rings - it's Tammy. Cassie is happy to hear her voice - and asks where
Tammy is. Tammy doesn't know, but she says it's a nice place. Tammy tells
Cassie she had a bad dream, and Cassie wishes she had been there to comfort
her. Tammy says it's ok because Cassie's friend is taking care of her -
Cassie wants to know how that is - at this point Annie takes the phone as
says what a beautiful girl Tammy is. Cassie recoils.

COMPANY: Blake asks Ross to introduce his, uh whatever he is. Ben says he
wants to be introduced to this ravishing creature and Ross says the
"ravishing creature" is his wife. Ross says he and Ben Warren went to the
same law school - although Ross went 10 years earlier. Ben explains how Ross
helped him through law school - with money and tutors, whatever - Ross was
his mentor. Ross doesn't want to get into it but Blake wants to hear more,
wondering why Ross never mentioned Ben before. Ross says it's a long story.
Rick and Abby comes back over and Rick demands to know how Ben got Roy out
of jail. Ben says the truth set Roy free, and Rick tells Ben what an animal
Roy is. Abby agrees that Roy needs to be in jail. Ben says that's her
opinion, but Roy has an airtight alibi - Ross says that's impossible, and
Ben says that Ross should have done his homework. Rick gets angry and Ben
says they should let the courts decide. Ben assures Rick and Abby that Roy
won't be coming near her, and Roy walks up saying that he's just sorry Abby
keeps confusing him with the animal who attacked her. Abby starts crying
saying that Ross will prove her case. Ross diffuses the situation and asks
Blake, Rick and Abby to go take a seat so he can have a moment alone with
Roy and his attorney. Ross tells Ben and Roy that if Roy goes near Abby
he'll take Ben down too for aiding and abetting. Ben sends Roy to sit down.
Ross wants to know why Ben had to come all the way to Springfield for a
client. Ben points out to Ross that a court battle will be classic - student
v. mentor - and long overdue.

PENTHOUSE: Dinah says the prescription is wrong; the pharmacist made a
mistake. Hart isn't buying it and says they should call the pharmacist - and
tell him his mistake made Dinah's fiance think she was a liar. Hart insists
that she call the pharmacist. Dinah finally gives in and admits that she has
been taking the pills. Hart says he knew, and thanks her for being honest -
finally. Hart wants to know what he did to make Dinah do this do him. Dinah
cries and he reminds her how he made love to her night after night looking
her in the eyes and saying he loved her - and how she lied to him. Dinah
says it didn't happen that way. Hart wants to know when she was going to
tell him - how long was it going to be until he found out she was a scheming
liar. Dinah says she was desperate, and Hart wants to know if he was putting
a gun to her head. Dinah says she felt forced into it - Hart tells her not
to turn it around. Dinah sobs that she knew how much Hart missed Peter, and
how she saw Hart keep going to Cassie to help with her daughter. Dinah
finally admits that she wasn't ready to have a baby, but she was afraid to
tell Hart because she thought he wouldn't want her if he knew. Hart says she
could have just told him the truth. Dinah says she was afraid to lose him.
Hart wants to know what happened and when things went wrong. Dinah says the
answer is Cassie.

HALFTIME

TAMMY'S ROOM: Annie says (into the phone) for Tammy to tell Cassie what a
good time she's having, then hands the phone to Tammy. Tammy says she has
new clothes and toys, she was scared at first but not anymore. Cassie says
that she loves Tammy with all her heart - Annie comes back on and says she's
sorry but Tammy didn't hear that last part, she's asleep. Cassie demands to
tell Tammy goodnight. Annie asks where Cassie's manners are so Cassie
seethes, "let me tell her goodnight - please!" Annie agrees and hold the
phone away from her ear - Cassies says good night and that she loves Tammy -
Annie comes back on saying - "oh I keep doing that - Tammy didn't hear
that!" Cassie wants to know what Annie is up to - and Annie says Tammy is
pretty as a picture - it's no wonder she's started thinking of Tammy as her
own. Annie changes the subject and says there's a messenger coming to Cassie
- and Cassie says she already got the sleeping powder. Annie says there is
no excuse then for Cassie not to get Josh into bed, then hangs on on Cassie
as she begs to talk to Tammy again. Cassie gathers her things and runs out
he back hallway. Reva comes out of the office looking for Cassie, and
assumes Cassie left to get a jump on the convention.

PENTHOUSE: Hart wants to know what Cassie had to do with anything. Dinah
says she sees the way Hart looks at Cassie and it scares her to death. Hart
says it's in Dinah's head. Dinah says that Hart is a coward because he won't
even admit to himself that he's attracted to Cassie. Hart tells Dinah that
she's stupid, ridiculous, and pathetic. Dinah reminds Hart about the
honeymoon suite - and Hart screams back that it was an accident. Hart says
it has nothing to do with Cassie - that Dinah destroyed the relationship on
her onw. Dinah tells him not to talk as though it's over. Hart laughs and
asks if she's kidding. Dinah says she made a mistake - but she did it
because she loved him and didn't want to lose him. Hart says she should have
thought about that before she took the pills. Dinah thinks they can work
through it - Hart says he can't forgive her this time - Dinah says they've
been through so much and that even if Hart doesn't think so, Cassie is the
problem. Dinah says they can start over - she begs him saying that she'll
do whatever he wants, she'll stop taking the pills and give him a baby, then
Hart could look after her and the baby instead of Cassie. Hart tells Dinah
to be quiet - and then he realizes that Dinah lied in Chicago, causing
Cassie to lose her daughter. Dinah denies it and Hart says Dinah is making
his stomach turn, and that the sight of her makes him sick and starts to
head out - with Dinah chasing and grabbing him. Hart leaves and Dinah sobs
by the door falling into a heap. She cries for a bit, then realizes she has
to do something. She runs back into the bedroom and calls Lewis Oil, asking
if Cassie still works there - and of course she does. Dinah hangs up vowing
that she will get even if it's the last thing she does.

COMPANY: Ross thinks Ben will be asking for a continuance, and Ben says
he's ready to start tomorrow as planned. Ben postures with Ross about how
competitive he is - Ross tells Ben he's ready to convict Roy in record time.
Ross wants to know what Ben is really doing in Springfield - telling Ben he
can't just walk back into his life like this. Ben wants to know why not?
Ross dropped him like that (snaps his fingers) so Ben thinks its fair for
him to come back like that(snaps again). Blake comes up and wants to know
why Ross and Ben didn't stay in touch. Ben realizes that Ross never once
mentioned him to Blake. Blake says Ross is busy and tells Ben what a great
husband and father Ross is. Blake invites Ben over to meet the twins -
Ross looks on suspiciously. Ben tells the twins how lucky they are - to
always have a brother that will be there for them. Ross abruptly announces
that they have to leave, but Ben thinks they have catching up to do. Ross
says it's past the twins bedtime and they are counting him. Ben says, "just
like I used to." Blake offers to take the boys and let Ross talk to Ben, but
Ross is having nothing to do with. Ben says he thinks Ross is trying to
avoid him, but he knows Ross wouldn't do that unless he was afraid.

LOCAL BAR: Casie walks in a orders a double tequila. Cassie knocks back two
shots. A guy asks her to dance and she refuses. As the guy walks away, Hart
comes into the bar and they see each other across the room.

LEWIS OIL: Reva doesn't want to hear about Dinah's problems with Cassie.
Dinah says she's only trying to warn Reva that Cassie isn't what she seems.
Dinah starts to leave and Reva tells her to wait. Reva says that she learned
the hard way that if a man is in love, it doesn't matter how many other
women are around. Dinah says Reva is naive; Reva says that if Cassie was
able to come between Dinah and Hart there must have been an opening. Reva
goes on that she can't understand why Cassie would be after Hart, since Reva
knows that Cassie is interested in Billy. Dinah says maybe Cassie is just a
slut. Reva wants to know what Cassie did. Dinah tells Reva about the Chicago
trip with Cassie pretending to be engaged to Hart. Reva can't believe it.
Dinah explains how Cassie and Hart were trying to trick Social Services.
Dinah says she showed up on Cassie and Hart just as Social Services did and
tells Reva how humiliated she was. Reva can't believe it. Dinah says she's
not making it up. Reva says something isn't right. Dinah says there's no
telling what Cassie might do next and walks out. Reva is in disbelief.

COMPANY: Rick says maybe Ross should be afraid since Roy and his lawyer have
the same moral standards. Ben talks to Ross as if Rick isn't there about
being entitled to legal representation, and they should leave him alone or
he'll get a restraining order. Ross tells Rick and Abby to leave. Out on the
porch, Rick tells Abby to take a cab home - Ed and Meta will be there. Rick
says he has to take care of some business. Abby reluctantly agrees to take
the cab. Rick watches the cab drive off, then goes to the window and looks
in at Roy sitting at the bar. Roy sees Rick looking at him.

Roy walks out of Company - Rick comes up from behind and grabs Roy around
the neck lifting him off the ground. Rick threatens Roy that if he doesn't
end up in prison, he will make Roy pay for what he did to Abby. Rick throws
Roy off the porch.

Inside Ross wants to know why Ben is in town. Ben says he came back to
settle a score, "big brother". Blake hears this is looks at Ross.

HOTEL SUITE: Reva arrives - Josh and Billy are talking about their
convention - Billy says they're all ready. Reva asks for a minute alone with
her sweetie, and Billy says "gooey, ick" and walks off. Reva turns serious
and tells Josh there could be trouble with Cassie.

Out in the hallway - Alan is talking to a bellman making sure everything is
all set. The bellman says he'll do his best, and Alan hands him a wad of
cash in agreement. Alan calls Annie; she says everything is quiet. Alan
reminds Annie to make sure Tammy's bag is packed in the morning. Annie says
she'll leave nothing to chance. Tammy wakes up wanting to know if that was
her mommy on the phone. Annie says it was Alan. Tammy wants to talk to her
mother again. Annie says it's too late. Annie tells Tammy to hold her cameo
and talk to that, and to go back to sleep. Tammy is adamant - not until she
talks to her mother. Annie looks unsure for a beat then agrees. Annie turns
the phone off, then punches up some numbers and pretends to talk to Cassie
on the phone, saying that Tammy wants to talk again. Annie pretends that
Cassie hung up on her, and tells Tammy that Cassie didn't have time to talk
to her. Tammy says that her mommy loves her. Annie tells Tammy that Cassie
did have time to say that it was o.k. if Annie was Tammy's mommy for a while.

BAR: Hart walks up realizing that Cassie isn't leaving Springfield. Cassie
tells him the white knight routine is getting old and Hart says he isn't
saving anybody anymore, not even himself. Cassie walks away and orders
another drink - Hart is right behind saying she's caused him enough trouble.
Cassie is incredulous and says she would have her daughter if it weren't for
Hart and his miserable little girlfriend. Hart says he came for a beer not
a lecture. Hart walks out and Cassie follows wanting to know if something
happened with Dinah. Cassie tells Hart again what a terrible person Dinah is
and how she would have her daughter if if weren't for Dinah; Hart shoots
right back that Cassie would have her daughter if she hadn't stayed with her
loser husband. Cassie starts to walk away and Hart taunts her. Cassie comes
back and winds up to hit Hart. He grabs her arm and they struggle, which
turns into a passionate kiss.
