GUIDING LIGHT UPDATE: TUESDAY, OCTOBER 31

Diner:
Eleni and Marion chat about Lucy and Eleni slips that Lucy has
had a second HIV test. Marion is very curious about all the details...

Spaulding Mansion:
Alex is taking high tea when Hawk arrives. They exchange
sparring and witty repartee while Hawk polishes off an entire tray of
sandwiches. He wants to know if Alex has decided to hire him as her
major domo. She says she knows he's a major dumbo and does he want one
lump or two?

Cross Creek Children's Park in Springfield:
Alan and Reva are hiding in the bushes, spying on Marah and
Shane, and arguing about when she can see her kids.

Commercial:

CCCPark:
Reva can't control herself any longer so she makes herself known
to Shane, calling him by name. He is freaked out by the crazy lady in
the Pilgrim clothes and runs back to Mommy Annie.

Spaulding Mansion:
Alex tells Hawk she's no longer interested in having Alan
declared insane. Hawk is suspicious of her motives. She asks him to
move in above the garage and he complains about the fumes. Also, he
thinks the $300 per week she's offering isn't enough.

Diner:
Enter AM and Lucy. Marion wants to know all the HIV details.
Lucy tells her, results at 4:00. Eleni says she hopes the first test was
a false positive, but Lucy says she isn't counting on that. Marion wants
Lucy to eat (keep up her strength) and cry on her shoulder since "there's
a frightening killer stalking you."  Lucy admits she's afraid to die;
Marion responds "You have no idea what it means to me to see you
suffer." Enter Cutter who asks Eleni for info about Marion. She thinks
he wants to ask her out.

Park:
Annie is leaving no bush unturned in her search for the crazy
Pilgrim lady. She tells the kids she loves them more than all the
chocolate in the world. Reva fumes in the bushes.

COMMERCIAL

Park:
Josh arrives with take-out food for a picnic. He is upset about
the crazy lady, but Annie assures him all is well. (Alan to Reva in the
bushes: See, Josh has a new family.) Josh suggests a date with Annie
after he takes the kids trick or treating and suggests she get off work
early. (Reva in the bushes spies the plaque Josh & Kids erected in her
memory.)

Spaulding Mansion:
Alex explains she wants Hawk to be her chauffeur. He still
thinks she wants more (like "nookie"), but she says don't make me sick.
Finally she admits she wants him to spy on Alan and find out what he's up
to. She explains about Abigail and Cedars; Hawk wants to know if the
blond milk maid came to SF too. They bicker more about salary and
finally settle on $300 per week with one meal per day.

Diner:
Eleni still thinks Cutter is hot for Marion. She tells him to
talk to Lucy about her. AM and Lucy leave for Cedars and Cutter
approaches Marion.

Alan's Pad:
Reva is perturbed that her kids think of Annie as Mommy. She's
also angry about the plaque, Josh, and everything else. Alan says I told
you so and there isn't anything you can do about it. She sobs on his
shoulder.

Cedars:
Lillian and Mrs. Bloom are in Abigail's room where Abigail has
been sedated. Mrs. Bloom sings Alan's praises to God, and Lillian quips
that Alan needs all the prayers he can get. She takes Mrs. Bloom to the
nurses lounge for tea, even though Mrs. Bloom is worried Abigail may wake
up and need her.

Diner:
Marion gives Cutter the brush off. She says she needs to be at
work at 4:00 to meet the auditors. He asks her about being on the dock
at night (I was looking for Lucy and got lost in the fog.) He says be
careful, there's a killer loose. Marion (who is hearing Lucy whispering
4:00 in her demented mind) can't wait any longer. She fumes "I don't
have time for this. Stop harassing me!

Cedars:
Lucy and AM await her results. Wyatt invites them into his
office for candy. Lucy's pretty tired of all this hospital stuff; AM is
his usual cheery, supportive self. Wyatt calls the lab for the results.

Diner:
Marion recovers from her outburst and apologizes to Cutter.
Eleni offers her a cup of tea; Cutter invites her to come to his self
defense class. Thinking of Lucy he says, "If you wanted you could do
some damage to someone."

Park:
The Happy Little Family continues their picnic.

Alan's Pad:
Alan tells Reva to face reality. Reva says no way.

Park:
Annie explains to Josh about Abigail and Goshen. They exchange
spit. (NOTE: I would swear that at the beginning of this episode Annie
way wearing appropriate park attire--slacks and a sweater or
something--but now she's wearing a skin-tight, thigh-high nurse's uniform
and rolling around on the ground.)

Alan's Pad:
Alan to Reva: If you go back to your kids they will think you
deserted them. Reva: But I never meant to. Alan: What we need to do is
get out of this place (after Abigail is well, of course) and go somewhere
far away like Europe. It will be for the best.

Cedars:
Abigail has awakend early from her sedative and is freaking out.
She finds a remote control for the TV and manages to tune in some
MTV-like rock concert. She is freaked out, but glued to the tube. Enter
Hawk the Spy in the hallway. He peeks in doorways until he gets to
Abigail's room. When he knocks and gets no response he assumes he has
the right room, even though he sees "no bonnet or granny dress."

Alan's Pad:
	Reva: Forget my kids? Never.
Alan: And Josh? I know your ego's hurt...
Reva: I only want my kids and I won't leave them.

Marion's office:
She sits down at her terminal, dials up Cedars, and enters
11937. The clock reads 4:10.

Cedars:
Wyatt has a print-out of the results. They are NEGATIVE!!!

Marion's Office:
She begins erasing Negative and types in P O S...fade to black.

That's all, Folks.
