Lorraine asks Angie to have a cup of coffee and discuss things. Angie
doesn+t really want to, but Lorraine needs to talk. Lorraine tells
her that she+s lusted after Charles in her heart. Angie angrily cuts
off Lorraine+s apology. It dawns on Lorraine that Angie is the woman
in Jacob+s life. The two spat a bit.

Alex, Tony, and Richard are at the station. Richard comments that
maybe the butler did it. Alex says Trisha is in London and is not the
murderer. The forensics woman tells them the hair is from a wig.
Alex learns that Gwyn bought the wig. Deborah arrives hysterical
because she can+t find Steffi. Richard wants to get out of the handcuffs
to report that Gwyneth Alden is the killer.

Gwyn is talking to Steffi at the ad agency with an unconscious Tess.
Gwyn says that sometimes she+s Trisha, sometimes she+s not. <click,
click>, we see Gwyn opening and closing the locket. Gwyn says she
was making sure Tess wouldn+t hurt Steffi again. Steffi asks her about
killing everyone. Ally peeks in the door and takes off. Gwyn says
that Trisha killed the others, she (Gwyn) could have stopped her, then
as she breaks down she keeps saying "I let her kill them, I let her kill
them all".

Ally calls Alex to tell them what+s going on with Gwyn and Steffi and
wear they are. Ally ignores Alex instructions to stay away from Gwyn,
and goes back to help Steffi. Steffi asks Gwyn what is in the syringe,
Gwyn says it+s peace, it kills pain. She says that sometimes the
pain is too much to take. Steffi asks again why Gwyn killed - Gwyn
keeps saying "Trisha" and holding up the wig. Gwyn talks about
how hopeful she was that Trisha would come back and that hope
makes you hurt worse. Clay and Cabot kept trying to get her to keep
hope that Trisha would return. Gwyn was so devastated by Trisha
not wanting to come back. She flashes back to Stacy talking about
how bad her life was going - she was in pain. Clay was disintegrating
and feeling empty. Curtis begged her for help, he was in the most
pain of them all. So she killed those 5 because they were in pain
and she couldn+t bear to see them that way. She loved them so she
had to kill them. Gwyn couldn+t kill anyone, so Trisha came out
because Trisha knows how to hurt people, she cut people out of her life,
like she did Gwyn. The picture was a time when they were all happy,
until Trisha ripped them apart. Gwyn gets angry talking about Tess
stalking Steffi and tells Steffi that she has something to do and looks
at Tess. Tess regains consciousness while Gwyn has her hands on the
desk looking for her copy of the photo and starts smashing Gwyns hands
with a stapler, then Tess runs out. Gwyn snarls at Steffi, "You tricked me.
You shouldn+t have done that Steffi, that was wrong." Ally yells through
the door at Gwyn that she better not hurt Steffi and the police are on their
way. Gwyn tells Steffi she would never hurt her, she loves her. Steffi
brings up Jeremy, Gwyn is confused. She then says he found out and
was going to tell the police that "I, that Trisha, that I...killed", then
she
fully realizes that she killed everyone, not Trisha and breaks down
about killing everyone, even her old child. She goes to pieces in an
amazing performance. She begs a sobbing Steffi to help her with the
syringe because her hands are hurt - she doesn+t want to live. Steffi says
she can+t do that. Gwyn says that she did the killings thinking that they
were in pain and now she knows it was herself that was in pain. She sobs
that they+ll put her in a cell and she will have to live with it all day in
day
out - her pain will be so much worse. Steffi puts her arms around Gwyn,
Gwyn stiffens (obviously she was stuck with the syringe). The police
arrive to an apparently dead Gwyn laying on the floor.
