Subject: Loving Update for Wed.,10/25/95

Frankie's in his room, trying to sort through his things. He tells Angie
his dorm room is the size of his closet. She tells him she's jealous.
She'd like a chance to start over.

As Buck is cleaning off the tables, he's talking to Jacob about Neal
Warren being the killer. Jacob tells Buck he's thinking about leaving
town again. He tells him about Tess' plan to move the agency. Jacob
doesn't
know if he wants to and Buck understands as he watches Ally come in. She
asks to speak to Buck alone. Jacob goes to make some phone calls. Ally
tells Buck it's about Danny and what she did to him.

Danny's in the park with Jocelyn. He's on his third hotdog. She asks what
he's going to do now. He wants to go home, to New York.

Alex and Tony are at the Alden mansion looking around with Lenox. He
tells them about the butler's pantry and about showing it to Jeremy. They
go into the room and see everything on the table.
A: "Oh my God! This is probably what Jeremy saw and it probably got him
killed, too!"

opener

Angie's folding clothes and says she's just jealous. She has flashbacks
of her night with Jacob. Frankie says he has to get more boxes as the
phone rings. Angie answers it.
A: "Hello?"
J: "Hey Shorty, you alone? Sure hope so 'cause I'm on my way over to your
house to love you down!"

Buck tells Ally that just because Danny helped Tyler, it doesn't get him
off the hook. She says that's not it and they go to sit at a table.
B: "Don't tell me he's been giving you trouble again."
A: "No. He hasn't given me trouble in a long time."
B: "W..then what, what is it?"
A: "I don't know how to tell you this."
B: "Just say it. I'm easy."
A: "I did something that I'm not very proud of. Do you remember when you
told me that you would do anything to get revenge on the person who
killed Stacey?"
B: "Yeah.."
A: "Well that's exactly how I felt after Casey was killed and I wanted to
do anything to get even with Danny Roberts."
B: "And then he goes and does this.."
A: "That's the thing. He didn't!"
B: "He didn't what?"
A: "He didn't rape me. We had sex and I asked for it!"

Jocelyn asks why Danny wants to move back to New York.
D: "Well, this may sound corny but I did alot of thinking when I was
locked up."
J: "Uh huh. And?"
D: "In this cell next to me, I met this guy named Smitty. He's seventy
years old. He spent fifty of 'em behind bars."
J: "Oh great! A role model."
D: "No, no thanks. I think I'll go the straight and narrow for a while."
J: "No. Don't push it, take it slow."
D: "What do you mean by that?"
J: (ha,ha) "How about if you stay out of jail for thirty days?"
He laughs, grabs her, and starts giving her noogies.

Alex and Tony are looking at the pictures of the deceased on the wall.
They find one laying on the table of Ally.
A: "Well, I guess you only make it on the wall of fame if it's a
successful hit."
T: "Yeah well, I wonder if she's going to try again!"
A: "She? Watch your pronouns now."
T: "Yeah well, maybe I should say they!"
A: "What do you mean they?"
T: "Well didn't you notice anything strange here?"
A: "Strange? What strange thing could I see in a killer's "War Room"?"
T: "I'm talking about the photos. Where's Jeremy's?"
A: "That's a good point."
T: "And Alex, there was no calling card!"
A: "And you know, Jeremy's murder was the only one that Neal could
describe in detail without the help of papers."
T: "Exactly! I think we're dealing with two killers here."
A: "Yeah, well maybe, maybe.."
T: "Maybe?"
A: "You know Tony, we still have one more out there."

Buck tells Ally she can't blame herself because that creep attacked her.
A: "No, you don't understand!"
B: "No, I do. The victim blames herself."
A: "Buck! You're not listening to me. I asked Danny to have sex with me
and I made it look like he raped me!"
B: "What?"
A: "I set him up!"
B: "Ally, I saw you, you were scratched and bruised, the screen door
was.."
A: "I did it to myself to make it look real! I lied to you and I lied to
everyone!"
B: "I don't believe this! Why are you telling me this now?"
A: "Because you're good to me and you deserve to know the truth."
B: "Anyone else know?"
A: "Alex and Jocelyn. I couldn't stand the guilt and not just for what I
did to Danny but what I did to you and everyone else. I feel like I've
used you."
B: "Yeah well, That's because you did!"
A: "I made a horrible mistake. I just hope you can forgive me."
B: "Ally, I think you better go. I think you better just leave!"
A: "Okay, maybe, later when we can have some coffee and talk or
something.."
B: "Ally, please just leave, okay?"
Buck goes to the bar and starts downing shots.

Angie's talking to Jacob on the phone.
J: "Hey baby, I know I'm not supposed to call you at home like this, but
sweetheart..ha, ha, I'm like a junkie here and I'm hooked and I need a
fix."
A: "Well, that makes two of us."
J: "Well, I had a little chat with Chuck."
A: "Was he.."
J: "Was he mad? Yeah, he was mad but it's cool. Did you talk to him?"
A: "Yeah, Charles took some things out of the closet. I don't know where
he is."
J: "How are you doing baby?"
A: "Shell-shocked! I'm packing my, my son off to school and I want to go
with him."
J: "Escape, huh? Well, maybe you can. Maybe you can escape with me.
Listen Angie, there are some things I need to talk to you about."
(Frankie comes back into the room and Angie sees him)
A: "Uh, you know, uh, this isn't the best time to talk about that right
now."
J: "Is Frank there?"
A: "I'll call you."
J: "I love you girl!"
(She hangs up)
A: "Oh good, found those boxes."
F: "Yeah, who was on the phone?"
A: "Listen are you giving this away? It's never even been worn."
F: "So how's Jacob doing?"
A: "Hm-m?"
F: "That was him on the phone, right?"
A: "Uh yeah, yeah it was no big deal, he just..."
F: "He just what" (pause) "Mom, you wanna tell me what's going on?"

Alex has found the powder that killed Stacey, the poison that killed
Clay, blueprints of Dunellen, a box from "Wick World" for the candles
that killed Cabot and Isabelle and all the pictures on the wall.
They don't have details on Jeremy's death or a murderer. Alex wonders if
Jeremy might have been killed for practical reasons. Alex finds another
hair. It seems more like Trisha did it. Alex hopes not. Snoopy Richard
asks, from the doorway, are they still saying Trisha's not a suspect.

Tony asks what the hell Richard is doing there.
R: "Followed the trail of bread crumbs, Tony."
T: "Yeah well, this time you're way out of line, Richy!"
(He starts going after Richard)
A: "No, no, no, no, don't, Tony calm down, will ya?"
Lenox: "I'm sorry sir. He was most insistant."
A: "That's okay Lenox, we've got it well in hand."
L: "Thank you, sir."
A: "Thank you."
R: "Interesting little room this, You mind if I take a few pictures?"
T: "Nah, if you don't mind me breaking your camera, that is, of course,
after I break your face!"
R: "Now, why are you so angry Tony? hm-m? I"m the one who's being lied to
here and I thought we all were chums."
A: "Richard, I'm afraid we can't let you go public with any of this."
R: "Well, I'm afraid you've used up your part of the favors, detective,
but I'll tell you what I'll do. I'll give you both the credit of the
find. How about that? Now if you'll excuse me, I've got a broadcast to
make."
T: "Nah, see you can't do this!"
R: "Oh, watch me!"
(Tony turns pleadingly to Alex)
A: "He's all yours!"
(Tony goes after Richard and brings him back)
R: "What do you think you're doing? What do you think you're doing? You
can not do, you can not do this to me!"
T: "Watch me!"

Jocelyn and Danny talk about going to New York where Tess' agency will
be. Jocelyn says she doesn't care what he does as long as he stays out of
trouble and away from Ally. He tells her she doesn't have to worry about
that.
D: "So anyway, enough about my sex life. Let's talk about your sex life!"
J: "That'll be a short talk!"
D: "What about you and Masters?"
J: "Me and Alex?"
D: "Oh come on, any more sparks, they'd have to call the fire department!"
J: "Oh please, Danny, he's a married man!"
D: "Not for long!"
J: "What is that supposed to mean?"
D: "I heard his old lady left him!"

Buck is still pouring and knocking them back as Jacob returns.
J: "Um, I just saw Ally leave."
B: "Yeah."
J: "She was upset man, did I miss something?"
B: "Don't worry about it!"
J: "I'm not worried about it. I'm just curious. Ya'll got a thing going?"
B: "Hey, don't even say that!"
J: "Whatever."
B: "You want a drink? It's on the house!"
J: "Isn't it a little early for that, dude?"
B: "Come on man, break the rules for once in your life!
J: "Ha, as if I haven't broken the rules more than once in my life. All
right, fire me one up, dude!"
B: "So tell me about this club of yours."
J: "Well, it's not mine, yet, but like I said I don't know if it's the
right time to leave town."
B: "If you invest too much stock in people, you're going to get nailed!"
J: "Yeah well, I'll just keep that upliftin' thought in mind, my brother!"
B: "So, if you WERE to open this club, you know, where would you get the
money?"
J: "I don't know. I guess I'd have to scrape up some investors,
somewhere, I guess."
B: "Home, stay away from investors, believe me, I know."
J: "Ah hey, believe me, there's not a bank in the world that's gonna lend
me five dollars!"
B: "Hey, maybe you, you might think about getting a partner instead!"
J: "Are you nuts? Where am I gonna find a partner crazy enough to go
into business with me?"
B: "Well, you might not have to look too far."

Angie and Frankie are still packing.
A: "Nothin's going' on. Jacob just called, that's all!"
F: "Uh-huh!"
A: "Don't uh-huh me, get over here! You gonna get over here and pack up
this stuff or what?"
F: "I saw you two guys the other day, in the conference room."
A: "What?"
F: "I wasn't spying or anything. Me and Bree were in the other room
talkin' and well, there you were."
A: "There I was doing what?"
F: "Nothing. It's just, you know, the WAY you were doin' it."
A: "The way I was doin' nothin'?"
F: "Come on, mom, I'm not blind. It's pretty obvious to see that, you
know, you and Charles are having some kind of problems, right now."
A: "Yes, we are!"
F: "So what's up, mom, I mean did he move out? What's happenin' between
you and Jacob?"
A: "Frankie please! I really don't want to get into it, right now!"
F: (Whew)"Okay, but I just want you to know, if you want to talk to me
about anything.."
A: "I know."
F: "All right then, you know, um, things are kinda cool between me and
Charles now, you know. Jacob.. well, listen, I just want you to be happy!"
A: "Thank you."
F: "Okay."
A: " Frank?"
F: "Oh, Frank!"
A: "Well, I think you're getting a little too old for Frankie, don't you?"
F: "OH LORD, please, pass me the Geritol!"
A: "Just fold! I just want you to know, that uh, your mama ain't perfect!"
F: "I can't remember ever accusing you of that."
A: "And you're right, things are kind of up in the air, right now. And
your mother's got a tough decision to make."
F: "I think I understand, mom."
A: "That's why I'm so jealous of you going off to school, starting a
brand new life. Boy, that sound real good to me now!"
F: "All right, well, remember what I said about my dorm? It's kinda
small, so you don't try to get up there! You gonna leave?"
A: "I don't know. Some things are going to change though, that's for
sure!"
F: "Aren't you the person that told me that things usually change because
they need changin'?"
A: "I said that, Frank?"
F: "Yes, it's one of the few things that ever actually made sense. I love
you."
A: "Back at you!" .....
