Okay, several people who got OJ instead of LOV wanted the update
so here it is!

*Everyone* is at the scene of the cave-in, including Neal who heard
about it and came back. Frankie fixes up a second mike to send down
since water wrecked the first one. They all hear Danny comforting
Tyler, trying to get him to see this as a big adventure. He tells him that
he used to go hide out in places like this to get away from his father.
(Jocelyn looks anguished at this) He starts singing "Take Me Out to
the Ball Game" . There's some typical accident scene action, Ally
upset at the slowness, the rescue workers talking about going slow
and oxygen. They're afraid to put an oxygen tube down after the mike
since it would have to be bigger and the cave is unstable. Then Ty
runs away from Danny and triggers another cave-in which pins Danny
down. They are able to get Ty out, and Alex is talking to Danny who
doubts that Al would try very hard to save him. He then starts singing
"Danny Boy" in a much better voice than he was using before (which
wasn't bad either!) Alex and Joc start arguing about how to save him,
someone points out that going in after him could start another cave-in.
So of course, Jacob goes in, gets him unpinned but more stuff falls.
They both get pulled out, Joc hugs Danny, Angie gives Jacob an upset
look. Once she finds out he's okay, she starts hitting him for risking his
life. She calms down and they exit upstage left.

Charles arrests Neal who is chatting with Kate. Neal asks not to be
handcuffed and he isn't. Meanwhile, Alex arrests Danny. Ally tells him
how grateful she is, he asks her to show it by telling the truth. She
doesn't.
Danny points out that the town will be safe now that he and the old man
(Neal) have been arrested. Danny is taken off and Buck brings over
Ally's diary that he found.

Also during the action, Brie tells Frank that she is not going to sue
Charles. She doesn't answer when Frank asks if things are back
on with them then. Jeremy saw Gwyn looking through the trees at
something, but she tells him it's nothing. Later, he (and we) see "Trisha"
walking through the trees.
