Frankie is pounding on the door to talk to Bree.

Charles walks into the dark house, and Angie is there. She says Alex
called Mr. And Mrs. Alden are ...he knows, Tony called him in the
car. He says they have to talk. He wants her to believe that he
didn't know about Bree. She does, but he doesn't believe her. She
thinks he should be at the house. He needs to figure out what he has
to do about Bree. No, she says, what *they* have to do about Bree.

Jocelyn is walking. A hand grabs her. Meanwhile, in her house, Ally
is talking to the cops about how Danny attacked her. As she recounts
the attack, she remembers urging him on. The cops ask when was the
last time she saw him. She tells the cops that he bothered her at the
party, obviously drunk. He followed her to her place, forced his way
in and ...one of the cops remembers that Danny was involved with
Graham, and the Casey Bowman shooting and he walked on a
technicality. He tells Ally not to worry. They'll get him this time.
They're gonna put out an APB. Buck comes in.

Jeremy conforts Gwyn, who says she's just waiting for the next
victim, who should be her. She's ready to go. Jeremy tries to cheer
her up and tells her not to talk like that.

Danny tells Jocelyn to be quiet. He tells her that Ally is claiming
that he raped her. Did he? she asks. No, he says, Ally asked him to.
He wants her to beleive him.

At the house, Ally screams that Danny Roberts raped her. The female
cop says ambulance is on the way. Ally says that she only has a few
bruises, she doesn't need to go to the hospital. The female cop says
she has to be examined so that they can get the evidense. Buck wants
to stand by her, because he knows that when a woman cries rape, the
police don't always believe her. The male cop says no one is saying
they don't beleive her.

Charles says now it all makes sense, why she ran, why he couldn't
find her when he looked. He thinks that he could have tried harder.
Angie says it's not his fault that Loraine ran away and didn't tell
him she was pregnant. Charles says he understands, but it won't be
that simple to convience Bree...or Frankie. You got that right,
Frankie says as he comes in the door.

Angie wants them to calm down before they say anything they'll
regret. Frankie says that he hasn't even begun. Frankie calls him the
lowest low life. Walking out at a time like that. Angie says she will
not let him talk to Charles like that. Charles says he's upset, let
him vent. Frankie roars about letting the little kid vent. Frankie
says he's not gonna be able to talk his way out of this one, not to
him.

Jeremy tries to give Gwyn a pep talk. He wants to find Trisha to
prove she's innocent. Gwyn doesn't think they can find her. Doesn't
she think Trisha is innocent? Of course she does, she says. She wants
to call it a night. Okay, he says. She wants to stay here for a
little while. He's here, no one will hurt her.

Jocelyn believes that Danny was set up. She wants him to turn himself
in. No, he says, Alex has just been waiting for something like this
so he can lock him up. Jocelyn says that she'll talk to Alex. He'll
remember Ally's state after Casey's death, and he'll believe that she
was setting him up. Danny wants out of town. Jocelyn says given his
financial situation, she gives him to the end of the block. That's
where she comes in, he says.

At the hospital, they're finishing up the tests. They just have to
take blood to rule out an existing pregnancy. Ally says she hasn't
been with anyone since her husband died, a few months ago. And, the
doctor says, she doesn't want to worry her, but there is the risk of
AIDS, too. Ally says she never thought of that. She looks worried.

The doctor says that she'll call her with the test results. Just have
a seat and a councelor will talk to her. No, Ally says, no, not
tonight. Okay, the doctor says, she'll set something up for tomorrow.
Buck insists on taking her to Kate's for some major TLC.

Jocelyn is an officer of the court, he can't expect her to pay for
his run. Danny is crying. She gives him all the money she has. he
says that will do for now. She wants to know if there is anything she
can do. Yeah, he cries, talk to Ally and get her to back off, that's
the only way he'll get out of this. There is a siren in the distance.
That's his cue, he says. They cry and say they love each other. Danny
leaves, saying that he'll call her.

Frankie says that he's lost Bree. She won't even talk to him. Charles
offers to talk to her. No, that's what started this, Frankie screams.
Bree was the best thing that ever happened to him. He's leaving.
Where's he going? Angie asks. Anywhere HE's not. Frankie storms out.
Angie tells Charles that he should get over to the Alden house. They
will get through this, she says. Charles leaves. Angie is worried.

Gwyn is asleep on the couch. A female figure comes up. Gwyn looks up
and tells Trisha that she was so worried about her. The female figure
pushes Gwyn down and strangles her. Gwyn wakes up and pushes the
pillow off her face, She screams. Jeremy comes in and Gwyn cries,
saying she was dreaming. Jeremy tells her it will be okay. No, Gwyn
says, nothing will ever be okay again.
