LOVING Speedy-Update for Friday, July 7:

STORYLINE: ANGIE'S WEDDING
 (starting location: Angie's house [?])
* Alex is giving Charles a hard time about the wedding. Charles says
he is nervous. Alex asks if he wants him to call this off. Charles
says it is just that he hasn't done this before. Alex tells him to
just say "I do" when told to.
Stephanie and Tony enter. Stephy stumbles. Tony says he is concerned,
considering her condition. Stephanie asks him to stop worrying.
Ally and Kate enter. Ally is stone-faced. Kate asks her if she is OK.
Ally says she was thinking about her wedding -- it seems so long ago,
but it was just over a year.
Stacey enters. Buck walks up to her and tells her she is beautiful.
"Thanks." Stacey turns; Buck asks her not to go so fast. He tells her
that he loves her. "It's too late." Stacey walks away.
[Inside.]
Angie is talking to a picture of Jesse. She doesn't know what to say.
She loves him so much. Frankie enters and they smile at each other.
[Near the outskirts of town -- in Jacob's car.]
Jacob recognizes the man who got into his car. "It's time we had a
 little talk, Jacob."
* Jacob can't believe this is happening. The passenger tells him this
is *real* and asks him to touch him. Jacob, a bit panicked, asks what
is going on. The passenger asks if he really thinks he will forget
about Angela by leaving her photo behind.
[Inside.]
Frankie gives Angie a gift: a year's subscription to _Karioke Monthly_.
No, he's kidding -- it is his high school diploma, framed. Angie's
mother enters and, as Frankie leaves, asks Angie if she is happy.
"Some people spend their lives looking for the right person. I found
 him."
[Outside.]
Curtis takes a picture of Stacey, over her protests. Gwyn walks up to
pull Curtis away. Curtis jumps next to Stacey and insists that she
take their picture. She does, then Stacey leaves. Gwyn asks him to
let her go, she's in a relationship with Buck. I am caviar; Buck is
 chopped liver.
Stephanie asks Tony to stop hovering. Isabelle and Cabot approch Stephy
and apologize for Cooper's behavior. Stephy accepts their apology,
then leaves. Ally goes up to Stephanie and asks what happened with
Cooper. She tells her. She says she is so sorry. Stephanie says she
didn't tell her because she has enough to worry about, plus the fact
that everyone always says they are sorry. She says she'll be find and
she will get on with her life.
Kate asks Alex where Ava is. She is still in Florida. "If she finds
that business is more important in Florida than a friend's wedding,
then who am I to stop her?" Alex is staring at Tony. Kate asks why.
Alex asks if she knows anything about him. No, but he's kinda cute.
Alex shakes his head and says he will have to check him out.
Jeremy congratulates Charles on his promotion to police chief and
straightens his collar. He leaves and Frankie walks up and tells him
to stop worrying about his collar. He asks if he has the ring. Yes.
There's just one more thing to take care of.
[In Jacob's car.]
Jacob asks who the passenger is, then realizes who he thinks he is.
He tells the passenger that Jesse is dead. Yes, says the passenger,
 but I'm not *gone*.
* Jacob puts his head into his hands and says he is OK. Jesse gives him
a hard time -- go ahead, start the car, run away. That's what you're
good at. Jacob says she *asked* him to leave. Jesse says he should
 take a chance for once.
[Outside.]
Charles gives Frankie a small box. It contains a pocket watch. It
belonged to Charles' grandfather, who was a railroad conductor. He
says he can't take it. Charles insists, and Frankie finally agrees.
He says he isn't trying to take Jesse's place, but he does want to
take up where Jesse left off. Frankie says he likes that. They hug.
Alex asks Tony what he was doing before he was a bodyguard. Tony asks
if he is checking him out. Just force of habit, says Alex. Tony says
he was first in his class at the police academy a few years ago, but
he had to leave because of family problems.
Curtis asks Buck if he hasn't caused enough misery. Buck says that he
isn't going to get his hands on either the Rodeo Bar or Stacey.
The ceremony begins: Heather, then Stacey walk up the aisle. Angie and
her mother stop just before they make an entrance.
[In Jacob's car.]
Jacob has his head in his hands again. "You are seriously losing it,
brother." He looks at the next seat; there is nobody there. He takes
the box of momentos and looks inside; Angie's picture is there! (We
see him leaving the hotel room and leaving it behind.) He gets a look
of pained determination on his face and starts the car.
* "Here comes the Bride." Angie and her mother walk up the aisle and
meet Charles. The two of them have vows for each other.
Angie: "Charles, my love, I have found, in you, a man of such
extraordinary generosity and spirit that I could not keep myself from
falling head over heels in love. You allow me to be who I am, and
you accept my son as if he is your own, and you accept my love for
Jesse without rancor or jealousy, and you put up with the demands of
my career without complaint. Because I know that I do not have to hide
anything from you, our relationship is honest in the most profound
sense of the word. You are my rock, Charles. You keep the ground
solid under my feet. And knowing that you are there gives me the
strength to face anything. I promise you, before God, and before our
friends, that I will strive with every fiber of my being to be a good
wife, and to make you feel as loved as I feel."
Charles: "Angela, I love you. I'm not real good with words to express
the way that I feel, so I just want to say that I don't know what I did
to deserve you, but if you love me, I must have done something right
at some time or another. I love you so much. I promise to honor you,
to cherish you, for as long as you live. My baby."
The minister asks for the ring. Charles puts it on her finger.
Stephanie takes her engagement ring off.
"And with all that I am, and all that I have, I honor you."
Heather runs away. Stacey follows her. Someone grabs her and pulls her
 into the bushes.
"...Speak now, or forever hold your peace."
Jacob enters.
