Lots of luck with all your fun. I'll try to give a quickie here from memory.

The Love Triangle: Coopster, Steffi, and Clayman
Cooper confesses to Steffi that he set Tyra (Janie) up to tell Steffi that she
and Clay were lovers. Coopster tells Steffi who Tyra really is and the scam
he fell for. Steffi tells Cooper that he hates her (Steffi). He says it's
the opposite but she doesn't catch on. Before Coop can get it out, Clay
rushes into the room and requests Cooper leave because he needs to see Steffi
alone.

The Mystery Clayman and Wicked Witch
"The bough is broken, Cradle as escaped." Both are quite upset. Clay sees
his demise is coming fast, that he only has a day, a few hours, one hour, till
his world falls apart. He and the Witch are in his office. He sits her down,
rather, plops her down, and tells her a "story" about a man who loves a young
girl but wanted the "things" in life, gave up the young girl to marry the
Wicked Witch. Clay leaves the office, Deborah calls in her PI. His next task
is to find Cradle. He is not to let Clay know what he is doing and when he
finds cradle she will handle the rest.

Back to Alden Bedroom
Coopster leaves but hangs around outside in the hall. Clay tells Steffi he
needs her, they kiss passionately, he picks her up, kicks the door shut, and
takes Steffi to the bed and they make passionate love. Coopster looks very
upset.

At the Hospital Angie, Charlie, Janie, Frankie
Janie shows up with flowers for Angie. Frankie is nice to her, tells her he
hopes she stays around. He confesses he wants her to take the bone marrow
test. Charlie is hovering and cooing over Angie who is in extreme pain.
Angie tells Charlie that she and Frankie are lucky to have him around. He
tells her he'll look out for Frankie: make sure he gets up for work, cleans
his room, etc. Janie pops in and says hi, looks upset to see Angie in such
bad shape, makes an excuse to leave, Frankie follows her. Angie doubles over
in pain, Charlie calls for a doctor, Frankie rushes back over and the last
shot we have is Frankie calling for a doctor to help his mom.

So: Janie will be a match for the bone marrow. Steffi and Clay make
passionate love - bet she gets pregnant this time. Cooper must make his mind
about the two women in his life. Who is Cradle? I glanced through SOD while
waiting for an RX: Cabot is coming back, as is Dizzy Izzy. So is Cabot
Cradle? Did Clay fake Cabot's death (is this what Clay has over the medical
examiner?) so he could take over AE? Or will Cabot only be ghost? Is Jack
Cradle? Did Clay have Jack kidnapped off the boat so he could take over AE?
Hmmmmmm. Inquiring minds want to know before OJ's trial begins.

				LOVing Update
			    Tuesday, July 19th, 1994

* Gosh, sorry this is *so* late everybody. I had an incredibly hectic
week last week! Then Sara really came down with the chicken pox on
Friday. What a fun weekend. I think today is the worst, so we should
be getting better tomorrow. On top of that, she's teething and getting
a back molar. Poor baby. On with the show ...

Today's (last week's :) ) episode finds us with 2 storylines:

Janie the Donor with Janie, Angie, Frankie and Charles
Clay and his Bon - oops, better not continue with that thought ...
Desperate Hours with Clay, Deborah, Steffi and Cooper

[Janie the Donor]

We open this storyline in the Hospital where Angie is lying in a bed
surrounded by her Doctor, Charles and Frankie. She is there for her
initial treatment which turns out to be extremely painful for her.

In a touching scene, Charles tries to comfort Angie as she has a rough
time with the treatment. He wishes that he could trade places with her
and she tells him that she wouldn't wish that on anyone but appreciates
the thought. They tell each other how much they love each other.
Charles vows to take care of Frankie while Angie is in the Hospital,
making sure he gets up in the morning to make it to work and even to make
sure that he reads the books on his summer book list. Angie thanks God
that Frankie has Charles ...

Out in the hallway Frankie runs into Janie, who looks smashing in a cute
shorts outfit which is mostly white with splashes of bright reds and
blues. It's a midrift crop top with short shorts accessorized with a big
red bead chocker necklace, red bracelet and red hair baretts which are
holding her loose hair away from her face. Frankie surprises Janie by
not being openly hostile. In fact he invites her in to see his mother.
Janie is instantly suspicious of his nice behavior.

Frankie asks Janie to take the test to be a bone marrow donor for Angie.
She says that she can't get involved. The minute she starts to care for
someone, she starts feeling like she's worth something then something
happens and she finds out she's not worth anything. She can't take that
chance.

They go to visit Angie in her room, she's in a lot of pain, Janie bolts.
But stops outside the door when Charles rushes out for a Dr, Angie is in
serious pain/trouble. Frankie is screaming for a doctor as Janie stands
there watching and considering ...

[Desperate Hours]

At Alden Enterprises, we have a recap of yesterday's show when Clay tells
Deborah ... The bough has broken, the cradle has fallen. What if he
comes home? ... Deborah vows that they will stop him! Clay is going over
the edge realizing that he will likely lose everything he has. Deborah
vows that they will get though it ... We will do it ... Clay blows up at
her and tells her that they were never a "we"! They grapple and Clay throws
Deborah into a chair to tell her a little fairy tale about a man who fell
in love with a beautiful young woman ...

Cooper and Steffi are still in Clay's bedroom at the Alden Mansion and
Cooper is telling her that he paid Janie to tell Steffi the lies about Clay.
Steffi thinks it's because he hates her. Cooper comes close to telling her
that it's not hate, it's the other thing. Steffi is dense and doesn't see
what he's trying to say. They continue this conversation in the same vane,
with Steffi thinking Cooper is evil and out to hurt her, and Cooper coming
oh so close to telling her on the contrary, he loves her. Steffi is
berating herself saying she always picks the wrong people to love, she must
have a sign on her back that says to use her, she'll love you anyway. Cooper
tells her that maybe she hasn't found the right person to love yet.

Back at Alden Enterprises, Clay finishes his fairy tale where the man
gives up the innocent giving beauty to marry the evil witch who
threatened to take all of his nice "things" away. The irony is that now
he's lost the yound woman, and is about to lose all of the "things",
too. He storms out.

Deborah gets the private detective, Fontana (for who you'll remember that
Casey did some photography work), and wants him to find this mysterious
Jack - I mean person. They verbally spar with him reminding her what a
good job he did for her in finding information about the Cradle
foundation and even delivering those pictures. (Gee, did Casey take
those too?) She acknowleges his expertise and sets him out to find the
person who has escaped with a warning for him not to mention any of this
to Mr. Alden.

At the mansion, Cooper is about to utter the three little words that
would leave Steffi breathless - if she understood them - when Clay barges
into the room. He wonders what they are doing in his bedroom? And he
politely asks Cooper to leave. Cooper gives Steffi a wistful look and
departs as Clay devours Steffi in a passionate kiss. Cooper waits
outside the door and morbidly listens. Steffi wonders why Clay is there.
He begs her to be there for him, telling her that these may be his last
few hours and he desperately needs to feel her goodness. She questions
him but he is starving for her and takes her into his arms as he showers
her with kisses and desperate caresses. Cooper finally walks away from
the door, dejectedly shaking his head at his folly. Clay picks Steffi up
and while never stopping the kiss, walks over to the door and kicks it
shut with his foot and then falls hungrily on top of Steffi as he lays
her on his bed (which miraculously now is covered by a sheet, didn't
Steffi rip off everything from the bed in her earlier tirade? I thought
I remembered her crying alone on the bed without a sheet!).
