Well, Debbie was gonna trade this week, but she's busy again, so I
told her no problem, I'd do it again...so let's do it!

At Angie's place, Angie greats Charles at the door with a kiss and
tells him that she is looking for whatever he has for her. The best
thing he can give her, he says, is one more chance to get out of
the wedding.

At the agency, Frankie suggests to Bree that they go to her place;
his mother is always home now, and if Steffi stays with Gwyn, she
will be available. Bree says no way, she has a roommate. Frankie
suggests they send the roommate to the movies. Bree says to lay
off! Maybe they should call this all off, she storms off.

In her office, Tess appologizes to the poster of a barely-covered
Steffi for all the trouble she is about to cause.

At the gym, Danny looks at a newspaper and tells the picture that
he could go for her (Steffi's article)? Joseline comes in and yells
at him for going to see Ally. Danny says he and Ally have an
agreement. Well, she says, he better rethink it, cause if he goes
near her, he could wind up back in jail, or worse.

Ally goes to the police station. Alex asks her why does she need a
gun? Ally says she's never touched a gun. Then why, Alex asks, did
she apply for a gun permit?

Angie says the deed is done, the die is cast, and all those other
cliches that say Yes, she still wants to be his wife. They kiss.
Isn't this where he came in? Angie suggests. Now, give her the
present. He calls her greedy. She's insatiable, she says. He likes
it that way, Charles says. He tells her to sit down, he has
something to say. He says he hate shopping for women, there are so
many choices He looked at all the rings in the state, and he's not
good at picking things out, but he picked this one. She says's it's
terrific. It's an antique, she purrs.

Bree appologizes to Frankie. Frankie tells her that he told Tony to
go look in the social register - they're the ones that deal with
her type of people. Bree sighs and says she can't believe that he
told Tony that!

In her office, Tess types something, then calls for lunch with
extra fortune cookies...like 9 or 10 She cuts up the paper.

Ally dumps the contents of her pocketbook and says she doesn't have
a gun. Alex holds up a piece of paper and saye this is an
application...Ally says that she needs the gun to protect herself.
Alex says there is a restraining order against Danny. Alex tells
her that guns are not good, especially with kids around. Alex
continues that people think a pearl handled piece of protection
will make everything okay. She says she needs to do something! Alex
tells her that Danny's lawyer is trying to plea-bargain. Ally tells
him not to let her do that. Alex tells Ally to go to see Gwyn, she
has a victim survival group. Ava comes in. She tells Alex that she
has to go to Florida for Brunell's business. She was suppose to go
last week, but they need her now. She can cancel, if he needs her,
she says. No, go, Alex says. Gwyn comes in with Ally and wants Alex
to speak at the next victims meeting to show that the police are
behind them and are workign for justice. Someone from the DA's
office comes in and tells Alex (and Ava and Gwyn and Ally) that
Danny has agreed to testify against Graham and therefore Graham
will never be free again. But, Alex says, what about Danny? Well,
they bargained with him and promised not to press charges against
Danny. Ally and Alex are upset.

The lady from the DA's office says that Graham confessed that he
brought Danny in on trumped up charges and forced him to deal drugs
for him. Well, he sure enjoyed it, Ally said. Danny will name names
and he'll be a big help, that lady says. Ally says did he tell you
how he kidnapped her; how he left her son at the airport; how he
almost raped her; will he tell her about the little visit Danny
paid her 'too bad about your husband, want some money?' No, he
won't tell her that! Gwyn tries to calm her down. Ava tries to calm
her down. Ally says this isn't over. She grabs her purse and all
the stuff she dumped out and leaves.

At the gym, Joseline tells Danny to get rid of his druggie friends,
and to get job. Danny says that he's interviewing right now for a
job. She tells him to get the job, and to stay away from Alison
Bowman. He says sure. If he's smart, he'll pay attention to her for
once in his life. She leaves, and Danny smiles.

Bree tries to tell Frankie that she's not what she seems. Tess
comes out and tells Bree that when her lunch arrives, to make sure
it gets onto her desk. Bree says that reporter from the TV show
called three times. Tess tells Bree that the next time he calls to
tell him to get lost, and to spell it out for him, since he doesn't
seem to get the idea...and to please keep their hormones in check
until after working hours. Tess goes back to her office. Frankie
tells Bree that his feelings for her are hard to hide. She says
she's not what she seems.

Whatever it is, it's fine with him, Frankie says. Wait until he
hears what it is, she suggests. A delivery person comes in and
interrupts them. He gives Frankie an envelope. The delivery guy
leaves. Frankie tells Bree to wait a minute, he's been waiting for
this letter. He opens the envelope and says that he's going to film
school...in NY! Bree didn't know he had applied. He hadn't told
anyone, in case he didn't get in. He has to tell his mother, then
she can tell him about her family, Frankie says.

Charles and Angie are kissing. Charles suggests that they elope.
Can they wait until July 4th? Angie says. Next week? Charles says,
okay, he can wait that long. They kiss some more. Angie tells him
to go to work, she has expensive tastes. Charles tells her that
he's so happy. We *will* be happy, she says, as he leaves. We
*will* be happy, she sighs, looking at the ring. Meanwhile,
somewhere, Jacob throws a tape away.

Tess, in a sauna, sees the reporter. She tells him that if he
underwent a sex change operation, it didn't take. She doesn't want
to know where he hid *that*. He flirts with her. He tells her that
he goes to any lenghts to get what he wants. What does *she* want?

At the police station, Alex tells Gwyn that she is doing a good
job. Gwyn leaves. Ava leaves for Florida. Alex tells her to hurry
back. Alex calls Ally and leaves a message on her machine that he
is gonna squash her application for a gun permit. He wants her to
just let this run its course. He calls the editorial page of the
paper. He asks if they want a story that might get picked up by the
national service. Yeah, he thought they would. Alex tells them a
story... it's about a guy named Danny Roberts.

At the gym, Ally runs into Danny and asks what does he want? He
wants what everone wants at the gym...a beautiful body. But, he
says, she already has one. Ally tells him there is a restraining
order out on him. He was here first, Danny says, looks like she's
following him. He tells her that they should get to know each
other; they'll be working together. He leaves. She says "Over your
dead body."

Lets-start-a-list-of-who'll-make-it-to-NY-hanger:

Frankie (at school)
