No time to do a full update, so here's a (rather late)...

LOVING Mini-Update for Friday, May 12:

STORYLINE: NINE LIVES, LUCKILY
           (location: A Corinth street)
* Danny goes to see "the boss." He tells him (who we don't see) and
a thug named Joseph (who we do see) that Casey is "all right." They
ask if he is willing to stake his life on that - he says not to worry
about that. Meanwhile, Casey is snapping pictures of all of them from
out of their sight, across the street.
* Danny promises to unload the kilo and get all the money from Casey.
Joseph threatens to kill both of them if he doesn't. Danny tells them
about Casey handing him the gun and telling him to shoot him; they
all laugh about it. Joseph sees something (Casey) across the street
and he and Danny go to investigate. Casey hides in a dark corner of
 an alley.
* They get to the alley and Joseph pulls his gun.
* Danny says he is sure he heard something and asks them to check
behind the cans. Joseph accuses him of being "on the stuff." Casey
makes a sound accidentally. They both pull guns and approach where
Casey is. He tosses a cat out. "There's your bad guy." They laugh
 and leave.

STORYLINE: 100% NOT GUILTY
           (location: Hospital)
* The police ask where Charles was last night. He asks them "what the
hell" this is. They say they got an anonymous tip that his license
plate was at the scene. Charles thinks he knows who gave them that tip
and starts to leave to find Frankie. Alex enters and tells him he's
 not going anywhere.
* Charles rants at Alex. "I didn't do it, Alex." Alex says he knows
that, but how does he explain the license plate? The other cops say
that Graham asked that Charles be brought in for questioning. Then,
Charles confronts Frankie, who denies telling anyone -- he wouldn't
 hurt his mother like that.
* Alex promises to deliver Charles to the station. He goes to Frankie
and asks what he saw. Frankie says he has said all he has to say, but
Charles tells him to go ahead and tell him anything he knows. Charles
tells them where he was (and why -- to meet with the FBI shrink) and
what little he knows. "I fell asleep in the lobby waiting for her."
He says he knows it sounds weird, but he can prove it. He and Alex
 leave.
* They are in the garage, discussing going to the lodge. Charles' car
isn't there. Alex tells him that Graham had it impounded.

STORYLINE: THERESA
           (location: Jacob's hospital room)
* "Tell me about Theresa." "I lost her."
* Angie says she's sorry, and he doesn't have to talk about it if he
doesn't want to. He says that's OK; she was an angel. They met in
third grade and he used to love to tease her. They were together
through grade, junior high and high school. He was in a gang of 14
year olds, but Theresa got him out of that and "raised my level of
confidence." Theresa was a kindergarten teacher and her kids loved
her, and she was an incredible mother for David. A doctor enters to
examine Jacob and asks Angie to leave. Jacob asks her not to leave.
* The doctor says he can be moved out of intensive care. She leaves.
Angie tells him to get some rest; he's not out of the woods yet. He
asks her not to leave; he loves talking to her about Theresa, he hasn't
done that with anyone in years and Angie is such a good listener. He
resumes his story about Theresa. She says it was similar between her
and Jesse -- someone you are so close to, so connected to, a soulmate.
She says they all have to go on and make a life for themselves. He
says, "Well, some of us can." He apologizes for the flip remark.
"Parents should not outlive their children. It's not natural." She
 asks how Theresa died.
* Angie apologizes and talks to him about Jesse's death. He says that
at least she was with him, she was the last voice he heard. He asks
if she has the same relationship with Charles. She says that a first
love is different. He says he is going to tell her about how she died.
Frankie enters the room and asks how Jacob is doing. Angie asks him
to come back later. He says he has to talk to her, and it can't wait.
They go outside the room. He tells her about Charles' situation.
"The police think he's the one who ran down Jacob."
