Loving Update Thursday April 27, 1995

Angie, at home in the morning, is remembering her dream of Jessie and
realizing she's hugging Jacob. Charles comes in and asks her if she had bed
dreams; she was tossing and turning. She says she doesn't remember and
notices Charles has a suitcase. She asks where he's going.

Casey drops Allie off at the gym. She notices he's nervous and asks him
why. He brushes it off; he says he's OK, looking very antsy. She tries to
empathize with his struggle to stay sober, but he tells her not to worry
about it. She asks him to stay the night again, but they get interrupted by
Steffi, who wants exercise tips from Allie. Allie and Steffi leave. Casey
looks around for awhile and finally Alex comes in, apologizing for being
late. Casey tells Alex that Danny has been following him and Allie.

Gwyn and the Aldens are at the Alden mansion getting euphoric about the
anticipated Return of Trisha. They're waiting for Dinah Lee with more
details. Clay joins them. Dinah Lee, Buck and Stacey arrive. Dinah Lee
answers their barrage of questions by saying, "maybe it's better if Trisha
tells you herself."

Allie is teaching Steffi to weight lift. Steffi announces Deborah's back in
the hospital for tests, so now she has extra time on her hands. She misses
Cooper. Allie mentions how moody Casey's been recently. Steffi suggests
it's because he's struggling with his habit. Allie looks skeptical.

Alex is yelling st Casey about the danger he's putting his fmaily in by
continuing his plan against Danny. Alex tells him to get out of the
situation, but Casey says he can't; he's going to meet Danny's boss.

Angie and Charles are at the breakfast table. She wants to know where he's
going and for how long. He won't reveal anything; she gets frustrated and
guesses he's up to something regarding Jacob. Charles admits this is the
case. He says he can't give up on Jacob because Jacob lied to them and
always seems to be popping up around them. Angie says Charles is letting
Jacob come between them, and Charles replies, "not anymore." Frankie comes
in, sees the suitcase, and says, "Let me guess...movin' out, wedding's off?"

At the Aldens', Dinah Lee gives them an express mail letter from Trisha.
They're confused that she would write, since they expect her to be flying
home post-haste. Dinah Lee tells them Trisha's not coming home and that
they should read the letter. Gwyn reads the letter aloud. It says that
Trisha knows she has a family in Corinth looking for her and who love her,
but that she has no memory of them. She says she's in love with Jeff and
grateful to him bor taking care of her. She says she doen't wnat her
family, whom she doesn't remember, to seperate her from her beloved Jeff;
she asks them to leave her alone for ever. The letter's signed "Crystal
Hartman." Everyone's stunned; Gwyn exits in tears. The question of Chris
comes up and Dinah Lee gives Buck a letter for Chris. She says Trucker
wants him to take Chris and meet him in Maine. Buck is surprised Dinah
Lee's not going to Maine with them. She reiterates, "I'm not part of the
plan." Buck can't understand why she and Trucker can't get back together
now that Trisha's out of the picture. Dinah Lee gets flustered and says,
"It's not going to work," and leaves quickly.

Alex continues to yell at Casey. Casey tells him that Danny trusts him now,
since he "passed the test" with the badf coke. Now Danny might introduce
him to his distributor. Alex can't understand; id Danny trusts Casey, why's
he following him? Alex thinks Casey's kidding himself, and that now Casey's
in deep and thw "wolves are howling at his door." Casey thinks things are
safe because he spent the night with Allie and Tyler. Alex tell him that
the pictures of the undercover cops who were killed included wives and kids
of the cops. He tells Casey to get a place of his own and that Casey's
house should be bugged. He tells Casey he can't be seen with Allie again.
Casey says, reluctantly, that he'll handle it and tells Alex to wait. Casey
approaches Steffi, who's working out.

Angie and Charles tell Franke that Charles is going away on business. The
phone rings. Angie answers. Out of Angie's earshot, Frankie asks Charles
if this "business" has anything to do with breaking into Jacob's room.
Charles angrily tells him to keep quiet about that. Frankis says he doesn't
like lying to his mother, in fact he hoesn't like any of it. Charles tells
him to stay out of it. Angie hangs up the phone and asks to speak with
Charles alone. She asks Charles to take her with him; she's cleared her
schedule at the office. He refuses; he's got to do it his way. He asks her
to promise to stay away form Jacob while he'ss gone. She answers with
silence and Charles leaves.

Clay is making arrangements over the telephone to fly to France himself to
bring Trisha home. Gwyn walks in on him and argues that they shouldn't
interfere in Trisha's life; she's happy. Clay wants to bring Chris to
France with him to "spark her memory." They argue some more.

Casey asks Steffi if her mother would sublet her hotel room now that
Seborah's living in the Gate House. Steffi says probably. Casey says he'd
like to, and Steffi's surprised, she thought he was moving in with Allie.
She says she thought things were going well for Allie and Casey. He says
things are fine but he needs his won place right now. He says he'll pick up
the key later, and leaves. Allie comes up to Steffi and asks what that was
all about. Steffi tells her. They look bewildered.

Casey approaches Alex as Alex finishes a phone call. He tells Alex that
everything's all set. Alex tells Casey that if he loves Allie, he should
dump her. Casey looks pensive.

Frankie and Angie talk about the situation between her and Charles. Then
Frankie tells her that he cought Charles in Jacob's room last night and
wonders what's going on. Angie looks upset by this news, and says she
wishes she knew what was going on as well. Frankie says maybe he shouldn't
have told her, but he didn't want to lie to her. A car beeps outside and
Frankie gets up to catch his ride. Angie tells him he did the right thing.
Frankie leaves, and Angie calls Jacob. She tells him she wants to see
him...tonight.

Charles is on a pay phone talking to someone named Caroline. He tells her
he needs to see her right now.
