			Tuesday, February 7th, 1995

Today's episode finds us with 3 storylines:

Casey's trip With the Rescott's, Master's and soon-to-be-Alden's
Jeremy's Guilt With Jeremy, Ava and Alex
The search continues	With Trucker and DL in Rome

[Casey's trip]

At the Rescott house, everyone is assembled. Alex is dropping of the kids,
Ally of course lives there now with Kate, and Cooper and Steffi have dropped
by for a visit. Alex has something on Casey, (I missed exactly what it
was but it has to be something to do with his recent drug arrest). Ally is
worried about this added pressure and Casey being all alone in the house.
Kate assures her that she has been the model wife for Casey, but Ally still
harbors some guilt over Casey's forming drug habit.

At the Bowman house, pan to Casey's hands in which he is clutching a half
empty vial of cocain. We hear him sniffing loudly, and pan up to him
furiously wiping at his nose. He looks like hell, complete with long
*straight* straggly hair. [Why did they change his hair? To make him
look more like a drug addict?] After more snorting and rubbing his nose,
he calls the Agency. He talks to Frankie (sniffing the whole time) and
tells him he's catching a cold and has decided to work on the layouts at
home. Instead of hanging up, he breifly puts the receiver down then takes
it off the hook and stuffs it under a pillow on the couch. He starts
pacing, then grabs his head as if in pain. He blinks a couple of times and
stumbles over to an ottoman in the little alcove between the front door and
front closet, right under the window on the front porch.

Back at the Rescott's Cooper and Steffi are talking to Tyler. Cooper has
Tyler in his arms and whispers the secret that Daddy and Steffi are going
to get married. Cute scene in which Cooper has a conversation with the
unresponsive toddler. Cooper tells Steffi that Tyler "said" he loves
Steffi and can't wait till they're together. Cooper moans that this means
there will be a lady in the house and they'll have to eat their vegetables.
Steffi says there will be plenty of time for pizza and icecream, too. Cooper
"listens" to Tyler again and cringes. Steffi looks worried, but Cooper
teases her and says Tyler wants to know what yogurt is? They laugh and
cuddle closer together. Alex walks in on the scene and says in a mock
disgusted tone ... Oh, you guys make me si-, (he chuckles), make me want
to go find my wife and eat togehter in a dark place... All laugh, and
Ally reminds the happy couple that they had mentioned shopping for a ring.
She is to go with them, and they are stopping by the Bowman house for some
reason. Ally is relieved to know that Casey will be at work, since she
needs some time to collect herself after Alex's news before seeing him.
They all head out.

Back at the Bowman house, pan to Casey huddled in the small corner. He's
sweating, and rocking back and forth, murmuring ... Oh God, get me through
this ... when we hear a car pull in the driveway. He peers out the window
and realizes it's Ally. He jumps up, ready to run, but instead decides
to hide in the front closet.

Outside, we see Ally approach the front door with Steffi and Cooper in
tow. She sees Casey's car in the driveway and figures out he's at home
after all. Cooper offers to come back later, but she declines and tries
the door. It's locked. This surprises her since he's home. As she
starts to dig her keys from her purse, we pan back to Casey in the closet.
He's still shaking and slumps to the floor, hiding his head in his hands....

[Jeremy's Guilt]

Ava is busily bustling around her office at Burnells when Jeremy comes in
to casually lean against the door and observe her. She is startled when
she looks up and sees him in such a Gilbert-position. He guesses that he
startled her and that for a moment she thought he was Gilbert. She fobs
him off saying not so.

We are treated to another one of Jeremy's tiring guilt sessions. He thinks
that as Gilbert's twin, he should have known that he was still alive! If
he hadn't been so busy rationalizing the fall, and worrying about himself,
perhaps he would have known! Ava gently looks at him and tells him ... He
doesn't even have to have you in chains to keep you locked up, does he? ..
She comforts him and tells him to stop being so hard on himself. She
assures him everything will be all right. She gives him a comforting
friendship hug. As they share the warm embrace, Alex walks into the office.
Ava looks up in time to see Alex's disheartened look and him shaking his
head in disbelief. Ava gives him a what's-wrong-with-you-I'm-only-his-friend
look, and doesn't break contact with Jeremy ...

[The search continues]

Trucker and DL are seated in the very same cafe in Rome where Shana and
Leo encountered Jeff Hartman last year. DL apologizes for her reaction
upon seeing the picture Trucker brought with him in an attempt to find
Trisha. It is of Trisha in her wedding dress. DL says she's seen that
picture hundreds of times and shouldn't have overreacted. Trucker says
it's fine, it didn't bother him, he's sorry to have upset her.

The Manager from the Hotel where Jeff lived comes to their meeting. At
first he says he's had no luck with the Credit Company in finding Hartman's
forwarding address. But he says the Credit Mgr at the hotel is friends with
someone at the company, and finally had some information for them. Upon
saying this last tidbit, he brings his finger to his eye and pulls the
bottom eyelid down. [What does this mean?]

Did I miss something here, because the next scene I saw was Trucker and
DL talking about returning home, and that the next time they were in
Rome that they'd actually do some sightseeing. But just as they are ready
to leave, the Maitre'd returns with a waiter who Trucker requested to see.

Trucker explains that he waited on a frequent customer last year, Senor
Hartman. The waiter tries to explain that he's waited on many gentleman,
and can't possibly remember them all. Trucker whips out a photo of Jeff,
shows it the the guy and the light of recognition shines on his face. He
indeed remembers Senor Hartman! Trucker and DL exchange apprehensive
glances, as Trucker asks if Hartman had a lady companion. ... Ah yes,
he did. She was beautiful with long brown hair and brown eyes ... Trucker
slowly reveals the photo of Trisha and asks the waiter if this was the
woman? ... Yes, yes, this is definitely her!! ...

That's it for Tuesday!
Jennifer
