I suppose they won't bother updating the pictures now.

The photographer is still blaming Tracy for the photo. Tracy proclaims
her innocence and Gino starts to waver. Tracy prompts the guy to
admit that it was Edward Q who hired him and instructed him to
blame it on Tracy if caught. The guy picks up on the broad hint and
agrees. Tracy asks Gino to leave the photographer alone, one of Gino+s
thugs takes the film and after Tracy makes him promise not to work for
her father again, he leaves. Gino is shocked that a father would treat
his child so badly. Tracy tells him all her father has to offer is money.
Tracy regrets that she let herself become financially dependent on her
dad. Gino thinks that+s how it should be (I hate to even type this), a
woman should be taken care of by a man. She tells him that she hasn+t
been getting money from her trust fund because her family has cut her
off. She tells him it's because her father wants to control Dylan and
she can+t allow that. Edward knows that Tracy can't afford to fight him.
Gino offers her any money she needs, but Tracy would *never* take his
money. She has too much money to take a loan from a valued friend.
She just wishes she could sell her share of the building, but can't because
of the tax bill. Gino thinks they can work something out and calls for the
check.

Ally thinks that the surprise of Tyler is Tony's surprise and Danny confirms
it. But Tony is too honest to take the credit and says that Danny did it.
Ally is very thankful and tells Tyler that he can sleep anywhere and they+ll
be doing things - just the two of them. Danny goes to leave, Tyler
obviously
likes him and wants him to stay (he doesn't remember Tony). Danny leaves
and reports to Carla.

Ally decides they should stay in and she'll cook. Tony decides that they
need time alone and leaves, despite Ally's protests. He meets Danny in
the hall. He complains to Danny about ruining his big moment. Danny
apologizes and Tony softens, saying that what matters is that Ally has
Tyler now. Tony goes home and Danny heads out to eat. Tony comes
in to a "surprised" Carla in her slinky red slip. She puts on a shirt and
listens sympathetically to Tony+s story. She asks him to join her as
a friend in drinking a pitcher of her famous martinis to celebrate the end
of the shortest marriage on record. He says he+ll just have one, it+s a
strong drink. She tells him that her martinis are like potato chips - you
can't eat just one. (Cliffhanger)

Tyler gives his mom a picture and a gift. He tells her he likes Danny, he's
cool. Ally agrees, but tells him she *really* likes Tony. Tyler has no
interest in Tony and just asks if they can have Danny's cake now (he and
Ty stopped and picked one up on the way in).
