Tuesday, in "the city":

Absolutely decadent, Jocelyn says. She and Alex are eating
grapes in bed. No, decadent would be if they were peeled,
Alex says. Wanna take a shower? Alex asks. Not right now,
she sighs. Alex says he needs practice pleasing a woman.
She's got a few minutes right now, Jocelyn offers. They kiss.

Ally, in the old agency offices, is telling Zoey about being
sore from skating last night...with Danny, and Tony and Carla.
Zoey tells Ally she doesn't understand why last summer Ally
and Tony were like this (two fingers close together), and now,
Tony is married and Ally and Danny...are she and Danny a
thing? Danny approaches the two girls.

Tracy gives Dillon something special. He opens it. It's an
Erector set. Wow! Dillon says, he told grandpa that he
wanted one of these. When did he talk to grandpa? Today, on
the phone, Dillon says. Tracy turns to Beth and says "My
father called?"

Zoey says she put her foot in her mouth again. Ally says no,
Zoey didn't and she and Danny are not a thing. Zoey wants
to know if Tony loves Carla, or what is going on there. Ally
says she doesn't put her nose in someone else's business.
After a bottle or two, she might tell her the whole story
some day. Danny asks about Nick and Zoey tells them that
Nick is coming home soon, and she hasn't seen Richard, he's
off doing a super secret story. STORY! Zoey yells as she
pulls up Ally's shirt, and asks Danny what's missing.

That tickles, Jocelyn says. Alex is kissing her stomach.
Jocelyn says she has to prepare to meet with the building
people and see if she can find a way out of the tax problem.
Alex wants 5 minutes of her time. She's busy. 4 minutes.
She has all this stuff to do. 3 minutes. She needs to get
to the office. Two minutes. She can give him one minute.
They fall back to the bed and start kissing again. The phone
rings. Alex wants to disconnect it. It might be important,
Jocelyn says. He answers it. It's Sandy (alex's young son).
Alex asks to talk to Ava (Sandy's mother; Alex's ex). She's
not available. He tells Sandy that nothing is going to
happen until he talks to Ava. As he is on the phone,
Jocelyn gets out of bed, starts gettigg dressed and leaves
the camera range. Alex hangs up the phone. Jocelyn asks if
anything is wrong. Alex tells her that Sandy wants to come
live with him.

Tracy asks if grandpa wanted to talk to her. Dillon doesn't
think so. Tracy thinks that he misses her, and wants to
come visit her or for her to come home for the holidays.
Beth says she can explain. Tracy sends Dillon up to his room
to play with the new toy. Tracy gives beth a box, to thank
her for her loyality. Tracy says she came into a small
windfall. Beth says so this means she doesn't have to have
anything to do with Mr. Soleito? It wasn't that much, Tracy
sighs. Beth says that Tracy's father didn't call to talk to
Tracy. Then he only wanted to talk to Dillon? tracy asks.
No, Beth says, he didn't call to talk to him, either. Who,
then? Tracy asks. Me, Beth says.

Alex says that Sandy calls once a week, asking to move in
with Alex. But an hour later, he calls back and says he's
changed his mind. How is Alexis? Jocelyn asks. Fine, Alex
says, then changes his mind, he doesn't know. Alex misses
his kids. He calls them every day, he helps Alexis with
her homework, but it's not the same - he misses the little
things. Seeing his son play ball, watching them grow. He
knows he should visit more than once every couple of months,
but something comes up. Like her and her problems, Jocelyn
says. No, he won't let her take the blame for him not
seeing his kids enough. He needs to call Ava, something
else he hasn't done in too long a time. Jocelyn asks how
he feels about Sandy moving in here. Alex thinks about it
nd decides it could work, how does she feel about it? It's
his decision, she says. No, it's *our* decision. She
agrees, after he insists, that it's their decision. Jocelyn
tells him not to worry about her, his kids need him now.
She leaves to go to the office.

Isn't her stomach bare? Zoey asks Danny, still holding up
Ally's shirt. It's screaming for piercing, Zoey says. Hot
Line is doing a show about body piercing. Ally declines
the offer. Danny thinks covering the show for GenX magazine
would be a good idea. Ally offers to cover the show, not
*be* the show. The bell rings, and Ally heads off to the
darkroom. Danny jokes that if she gets locked in, to give
him a yell. She'll just call, Ally laughs. Danny tells
Zoey that he and Ally got locked in. Zoey thinks that it's
funny that the door would jam just like that. Danny thinks
so, too. He picks up the door stop.

Beth tells Tracy her father wanted her to spy on Tracy. Her
father wants to know who Dillon is exposed to. What did you
tell him? Tracy demands. Beth says that she told him she'd
have no part of it. Tracy says that when she said Beth was
loyal, she was understating it. Tracy is near tears as she
expresses her gratitude at Beth for refusing the offer. Beth
says it's what any Christian would do. Tracy says she and
Beth run in different circles, it seems. Tracy asks Beth
to go tell Dillon that she'll be in to play soon. Tracy,
talking to no one in particular, says so, you've taken
everything, and now you want my baby. Well, Daddy, if this
is a fight, so be it. To the death, if necessary.

Zoey is trying to talk Danny into the body piercing as Ally
comes out of the darkroom. Ally says she will not change her
mind. Zoey says if she does, call her at the clinic or at
Richard's. Ally invites her to be her roommate. Meanwhile,
Danny calls Carla. When will she be back? Look, Danny says,
do him a favor. This is Danny Roberts, tell her that he's
on the way down there to meet her, right now. Danny takes
the door stop and says hello to Jocelyn. he says he's on
his way to a big story for the magazine. Jocelyn comes in
and Ally tells her that she won't have to pay her share of
the rent anymore; Zoey is moving in. Great, Jocelyn says
scartastically, she may not be moving in with Alex.

Alex is on the phone with Ava (we only hear his side of
the conversation). So, how bad is it really with Sandy?

Tracy is crying. Dillon comes out. Is anything wrong? he
asks. No, she manages, trying to stop crying for her son's
sake. Why is she crying? She's just sad. Tracy tells him
to bring Tigger into his bedroom. Dillon says he loves her.
She loves him, too. Tracy, talking to herself again, tells
Daddy he thinks he's won, but she has her own Godfather.
She picks up the card from the flowers with Gino's name on it.
