Tracy is on the phone to someone, saying to tell him to keep his money
and buy his wife some class (I missed the first minute for some reason, I
don+t know who she was talking about). She hangs up and wonders where
to get some cash. She wakes up Dillon so they can skip out on the room
bill.
It apparently is the middle of the night in these scenes, though the rest of

the scenes seem to be earlier. The manager knocks at the door and is
ignored.
Dillon wonders what+s going on - Tracy tells him they are playing hide and
seek.
The nanny thinks it+s bad to have Dillon up since it+s very late at night.
 Tracy
tells her that everything she does is for Dillon.

Zoey and Richard are extremely excited about Nick+s liver transplant. Zoey
is bouncing all over, Richard is more reserved. Buck comes over to see
what+s
up, they ask where Nick is and Zoey jumps on Buck and rides him off (on his
back - get your minds out of the gutter!), following Richard to find Nick.
 They
go to Nick & Bucks place where they find no one. Buck calls Lorraine to see
if he+s there. Richard explains that if they can+t find him in the next
couple
hours, the doctor will go to the next name on the list. Buck takes control
 -
calling the police (not sure why) and then Angie to see if she can get them
more time. Richard grabs a poster of Nick and he and Zoey run off to the TV
station. Down at the bar, Angie calls the hospital and they give Nick two
hours
to show up. The police are there and head off to look for him. Tess, Buck,
Jacob,
and Angie try to think if Nick left any clue where he was headed. They all
stop
to watch Richard and Zoey+s TV appeal for Nick+s whereabouts.

Dillon is also watching the appeal. Tracy only hears that he+s wanted and
thinks
it+s for something criminal. Tracy shuts off the TV and she, Dillon, and
Nanny
Beth head to a place where they can get some peace and quiet.

Nick, using a key that Richard had given him a while ago, brings Lorraine to
the penthouse. He wants to be alone - but not for romantic reasons. He
con-
fronts her about her drinking. She gets defensive and lashes out at him
about
his drunk on a park bench period. She tells him he doesn+t have the
right... He
wants to know if he doesn+t, then who does? Look at the effect drinking has
had
on him. She says it+s better than ending up alone. When he points out that
1 out
of 1 people die, she breaks down and admits that she+s angry. She+s angry
at the
world and at him. He let her fall in love with him and now there+s no time
left
for them (BTW, this scene was the best I+ve seen from this actress!) She+s
mad at
at the unfairness and at him for not taking better care of himself. She
tells him she
has so little left to live for. Nick points out she has a daughter and
friends. She
says her daughter doesn+t need her and the friends are his. Realizing that
rational
talk won+t help right then, he goes over and pours two drinks and tells her
they
can go out together, handing her one. She breaks down completely and hands
the
glass back. She tells him she drank last night to ease the pain and forget.
 He
doesn+t want her to forget him, and to remember that he loved her very, very
much.

Richard is pessimistic about the chances of finding Nick in time. Zoey
tells him
that the nuns used to talk about guardian angels, maybe Nick has one.
 Change
scene to Tracy arriving at the penthouse. She gasps in shock upon seeing
Nick
and Lorraine and demands to know what they are doing in her penthouse. They
just stare at her in shock.

BTW, no changes to the opening pictures.
