Tuesday, back from vacation, as it happenes on "the city":

In richard's apartment, Zoey and Richard are kissing.
She missed him sooooo much. You don't have to answer this,
she says, but if you do want to, that would be really
great. Did he miss her, even a little? No, he says. No?
No, Richard says, he missed her *a lot*.

In tony's apartment, Ally says that they're being
watched. He'd rather be in jail if he can't touch her,
tony says. He wants to talk to her, to touch her. They
can't, Ally says. What would they think if they saw us
together? Ally adds. Nothing, and it may not matter much,
anyway. Tony thinks he may have a solution.

In the bar, Tracey, trying to get a drink, calls for
"you - with the pigtails". Jacob says she doesn't look
stupid. These are dreds, he says Dreadlocks. She doesn't
care what gang he is affiliated with, Tracey says. Nick
says that he's not in a gang. Jacob asks if she came
from 9-0-2-1-0, he's heard there are no coloreds on that
planet, either. Loraine, as she's getting up off the bar
stool, says its a do. A do? Tracey asks. Angie explains
that a do is a hair style. Nick complements Tracey and
she says he looks familiar, does he know her? He's
forgotten many a beautiful woman, Nick says. Angie says
of course he looks familiar; he's Nick Rivers. Tracey
says she thought he was dead.

Nick says not yet. Tracey says funny, Elvis said the same
thing to her just last week. Loraine says that's a terrible
thing to say. They talk about things. Tracey says she is
Tracey Quartermaine. Jacob says sounds familiar. He did a
gig, a charity thing, for the Quartermaines. She says she
bets they were lucky to get him. She says she's new to the
SoHo scene. She came to talk to her friend Sydney, and she
ended up with half the building. Jacob laughs and says he
and his wife got a part of the building. They're partners,
Jacob says. She asks if Nick has a part of the building,
too. No, but Syd gave some to his virtual daughter.

Tony says that ever since Jocelyn said the Feds wouldn't
give up, he's been having nightmares. He figures that if he
can stay married to Carla for a year, it will be just like
every other marriage that doesn't work out. But, Ally says,
there is the tape. A tape that doesn't exist anymore, Tony
says. But, you do, Ally says. People forget things all the
time, and a year is a long time to remember and he doesn't
think that he's got a very good memory about what was on the
tape. He asks if she can wait a year.

Richard and Zoey are kissing. Richard asks what they are
doing. Well, he knows what they are doing, but what does it
mean? Zoey says it means they belong together, and they
missed each other. Unless he doesn't mean that? No, he means
it. They kiss.

Afterwards, Zoey says that when she said she missed him,
she didn't just mean this. He is her best friend. She missed
talking to him. Richard says that's why it hurt so much to
find out that she knew Nick was his father. She promises
never to do that again. Good, Richard says, he doesn't know
who Richard Wilkins is, but he knows who his best buddy is.
They talk about Sydeny, and how she left Zoey 7% of the
building, but nothing for Richard. Well, he says, she knows
what he wanted. A new liver for Nick, Zoey asks. Yeah, he
even suggested that she buy him one. But she didn't, Richard
says.

Ally says that she'd wait forever. Tony wants to move up to
the penthouse in a year. Ally says they fell in love on the
5th floor, she'd like to stay here. Then Tony wants to move
the business to the old agency. Tony thinks the apartment needs
a woman's touch. He has plans for the bedroom. He wants to put
in a train set, and some other stuff into the bedroom. His
bedroom? Ally asks. No, Tony says, he was thinking of Tyler.

Alone in a part of the bar, Loraine tells Angie that she
can't handle this. When that terrible woman said that Nick
was dead...Angie says that Nick did the right thing and he
laughed at it. Loraine says that's how he's handling
everything, making it one big joke. Loraine tells Angie that
she almost took a drink this morning, but Buck stopped her.
Who will be there next time? Loraine wonders. She's been so
busy with Nick, she hasn't gone to any AA metings. At the
bar, Nick calls Jacob Bo (as in Derek). Funny, Jacob says.
Nick says, since Tracey owns part of the building, that
they should invite her to Nick's party. Jacob says you want
her there, you invite her.

Tracey walks into her hotel room, and tells someone that
she couldn't wait to get back to her favorite man. She hugs
a kid, who says welcome home, mommy.

Angie tells Loraine that she doesn't have to be alone with
this. Jacob and Nick come over and say they look like they're
talking about something important. Angie asks if she can talk
to Jacob later. Nick is going upstairs to find a phone book
and some luck. He's looking for his brother. Nick and Jacob
leave. Loraine tells Angie that Nick is planning his wake.
Angie says she thought so, what with the talk of his brother.
Angie tells Loraine that if she is ever tempted, even at 3am,
call her...or Jacob. They talk about how Angie feels
frustrated, with all her training, to know there is nothing she
can do.

Jacob opens the mail as the elevator starts up. What the? he
says as he reads a letter.

Zoey asks Richard if they should go back to the bar? No, Nick
is probably in bed by now. Should she go home? she asks. Yes,
Richard says. Oh. In the morning, Richard says. Her toothbrush
is still here, he adds, and it misses her. She's happy.

Ally tells Tony that she thinks it's wonderful that he's
thinking about Tyler. Tony wants to take him around the town,
his first Statten Island ferry ride, his first Yankees game.
They kiss. Ally pulls away. She heads for the door. I love you,
Tony says. So, what else is new? she says. He watches her go
to her place.

Tracey is reading to the little boy. So, Mr. Turtle says to
Mr. Sparrow, I wish I had wings like you so I could fly away
from this muddy, duddy, fuddy, place. The kid wishes he had
wings, too. She offers to buy him a jet. Keep reading, mommy.
Mr. Sparrow says to Mr. Turtle, if you wish hard enough,
anything is possible. She tells the kid that she was given a
building today. A real dinosaur, and first thing tomorrow,
she's going to sell it.
