This is from memory, from home because I'm on vacation and
orta forgot it was Tuesday. If you guys don't complain too much,
I'll do this again tomorrow so I can enjoy my vacation. Thanks.

Tuesday, in "the city":

Zoey and Richard talk in the bar. Richard is upset that Sydney
refused to help Nick get a liver. Zoey says she sees the two
people she has even loved hurting, and it pains her to know there
is nothing that she can do. Richard says that he wants to return
to Australia. Zoey syas they both need to get away, and she'd
love to visit Australia. Richard says he'll want to go alone. They
make up and decide to get through this, together. They kiss.

Sydney is on the phone with a doctor at the hospital. She wants
him to move Nick to the top of the list for possible transplants.
She understands his moral dilema, but she also knows that his
funding was cut and his latest fund raising effort was $5,000,000
(5 million) short. It just so happens, Sydney says, that the Sydney
Chase Foundation can affort 5 million. If Nick is on the top of the
donations list, he'll be at the top of her charity list. Later, she calls

the foundation people and tell them to have the 5 million ready, just
in case she gets the good news.

Alex is packing up the survilence equipment they stole from Jared
Chase's room. Tony wants to keep it, just in case they need to
check in around the building. Jocelyn comes in. Alex asks how it
went at the DA's office. The DA doesn't think that they'll find Sandra
mentally competent to stand trial. They talk about how eerie it was
to have Molly/Sandra look at Danny and promise to escape like last
time. Tony asks if that's possible. No, Jocelyn says, there are police
watching her all the time. With two murders and three attempted
murders, she'll be away for a long long time. But, she's worried about
Danny. He's a chief witness for the santity hearing. She says Danny
is really depressed. Tony says that he tried talking to him, but he
just doesn't want to talk. Ally says she'll try. She goes up to talk to
Danny. She knocks on the door. Go away, Tony, Danny says. Nope,
she says, opening the door. She wants to talk. He doesn't want to
talk. She takes off her shoes and sits on the bed. Okay, she will
wait until he's ready. She's not going anywhere. Danny is
depressed about being taken in by Molly. He is embarassed about
how they found him, tied to the bed by a weak little girl. Ally tells
him that the radio station is calling him a hero, not only for saving
Jocelyn, but for saving Sandra, too. Danny is feeling sorry for
himself. He passed up Sydney Chase for Sandra. He thought is was
a good deal at the time. Ally laughs. She says she remembers
warning Molly off Danny. She told her that Danny might be dangerous.
Danny laughs. Well, only to himself, he chuckles. She says is that
a smile? Ally tells Danny that the cops are in her apartment, looking
for evidence. But Ally beat them to the place. She found this, and
she hands Danny an engagement ring. Read the inscription, Ally
suggests. Made in Taiwan? No, the other one. Something about
Molly and Danny. But, Danny says, he never gave Molly this. No,
Ally says, she knows that. She didn't want the papers to find
out...have it all over the news, or the tabloids. Danny thanks her.
Ally suggests that Danny call Sydney. He thinks he's ruined the
chance. Ally says that Sydney was awfully interested in finding
him when he was missing...she went so far as calling Det. Dolan
and offering to pay the overtime for the cops to look for you. Danny
thinks he blew his chance. Ally says to call her. She leaves to
return down to the detective agency. Carla comes in (while Ally is
upstairs) and asks who is in charge. Tony says he is. Alex says
he is. Jocelyn says what they mean is they're equal partners.
Carla wants to hire them to look into her father's mystery woman.
No, Tony says. Sounds interesting, Alex says. Tony says he likes
the way his knees work. Alex thinks about that one. Ally comes
in. She tells Jocelyn that Danny feels better now. Jocelyn thanks
her and she leaves, taking Alex back to her apartment. Carla and
Ally trade jabs. Ally thinks that helping Carla research her dad's
new interest would be a good idea. Danny comes down and is all
bubbly. He is dressed in his suit. He has places to go and people
to see. He leaves. Carla says the way Danny was smiling, Ally
must have some way with words! Tony tells her to knock it off. Ally
says she and Danny are friends, she loves Tony, and Tony knows
that. Ally leaves to take a walk. Tony tells Carla that the only reason
that he's helping with the investigation is because of Ally. Carla
gives him the cruise line number. As Tony is dialing, Carla leans
in and asks how long have Danny and Ally been friends?

Danny goes up to Sydney's apartment. He remarks that the
bodyguard is gone. Well, since they caught the masquerader,
she doesn't have to worry about Molly...Sydney stops short. It's
okay, Danny says. He can handle it. He made a mistake. He
realizes that now. Sydney was right all along about Molly. Well,
Sydney says, she did realize Molly was a liar, but she never
figured her for a one-woman crime spree. Sydney tells Danny
that she is leaving for London soon and he'll be here. But, Danny
says, she hasn't left yet. What exactly does he want? He was
fighting his attraction to her, but no longer. Maybe he should
show her. He tentatively kisses her, and when Sydney doesn't
resist, he kisses her longer, then starts to unbutton her blouse.

In her apartment, Jocelyn tells Alex that they're alone at last.
Alex says too bad they caught the masquerader, he has no more
reason to follow her around night and day. Jocelyn says there are
two good reasons to continue. Two? Alex says. Number one is
that she liked it. Especially the night times, she says. It has been
too long, they agree. She takes his hand and tells him to follow
her. He takes a few steps, then stops. She tugs, but he says no.
He has a better idea. He takes her out of the apartment.
