Because I missed Friday's show, TPTB kindly replayed the scene where Syd
calls the elevator, the doors open with no lift there, so Molly Masquerader
shoves her in. MM then looks disgustedly at her hand and stuffs the cape
in her bag. Moll runs down the staircase. Richard comes out on a different
floor and calls the elevator to go up. When it doesn+t come, he presses the
button a bunch of times (which, as everyone knows, makes the elevator move
faster). He gives up and muttering that nothing will stop the showdown with
him and Syd, takes the stairs. Once at the top floor, he sees the open
elevator
doors, looks down, and yells for Sydney to wake up, as the camera shifts to
Syd,
laying on the top of the elevator, eyes closed, slightly smudged with dirt,
but
still looking fabulous. Apparently, she *is* only sleeping, she wakes up.
 She
tells him she fell and he tries to get her to stand and grab his hand. She
tells
him she hurt her ankle and wrist and realizes someone pushed her.
 (Throughout
this scene, there+s an ominous creaking). She crawls over but can+t reach
her.
He gets out his cell phone but drops it down the shaft. He starts to get
help, but
she doesn+t want him to leave. Suddenly, sparks fly and the elevator drops
a few
feet. Richard runs over to the fire hose, secures one end and hangs over
the edge
holding on to the other end to grab her hand. Before he can get a good
grip, the
elevator slips further and Syd falls back down as Richard calls to her
(Cliffhanger).

Angie is at a the clinic wearing a full length skirt, actually working. She
is
about to take care of a hesitant little girl, Zoey comes in and helps
distract the
girl by getting her to howl like a dog. This leads Angie to compliment Zoey
on
her future mothering skills, which allows Zoey to express her consternation
at
Sydney+s behaviour re: Richard. Angie vaguely defends Syd+s actions saying
they may not know the whole story. Zoey is bummed about losing Richard,
Nick+s health, etc. They hear a noise and run to check it out, finding
Molly with
her cut hand in the supply closet. They scold her, missing the fact that
her palm
is all bloody until she points it out. Molly doesn+t want Angie to look at
it, she
hates places like this - she hates hospitals. Angie asks if she can moves
her fingers,
as she does, Angie flashes back (in B&W) to a hand holding a gun, a
surprised
Jared, a hooded figure). Molly interrupts the flashback asking if
everything is
okay. Despite Angie+s assurance that it is, Molly spends the rest of the
scene
giving Angie a narrow-eyed look. After a commercial, Molly+s hand is
bandaged
and she+s perky again, telling them a story about hurting it on a set at
rehearsal.
Molly leaves and Zoey is prattling on, but Angie is preoccupied. She tells
Zoe
about the flashbacks and reveals that she+s been having nightmares about a
hooded figure and a shadowy face. She+s beginning to think that she saw
someone shoot Jared and the memories are coming back.

Alex and Jocelyn are going up the stairs to the fifth floor to stop the
wedding.
they meet Molly and make small talk about the elevator being out of order.

Meanwhile, Tony is being told he can kiss the bride, he isn+t doing it.
 Alex
and Joc rush in and realize they are too late. Carla kisses Tony who looks
like
she+s driving bamboo splints under his nails. He walks off calling for
Ally.
(This is all being videotaped, I+m not sure why since they both look like
they
rather be dead than there!) Carla meets Danny and there+s some mild eye
flirtation (they make a nice looking couple - I+m betting they will be
before
long). Joc and Alex just came from the hearing, but they are interrupted by
Carla who has realizes she hasn+t thrown her bouquet. She flings it at
hand-holding Ally and Tony, who duck as it sails between them (symbolism?).
Joc tells them that the judge and Rebecca were very upset and suspicious
about
the marriage. That means they can be in trouble for attempting to defraud
the
government. They+ll have to prove it+s a real marriage by living together.
 The
only one who seems excited by the idea of Carla moving in is Danny. This
leads to a lot of bickering - then Joc informs them that if the Feds prove
the
marriage is a sham, then they can force Tony to testify as well as charge
him
with fraud. Ally feels the new problems are all her fault, Alex tries to
convince
her otherwise. Tony tells her he+d rather go to jail than live with Carla.
 Danny
says he knows jail and Carla+s a better deal. Tony disagrees and kisses
Ally,
the photographer takes a pictures. Gino and his goon grab the camera, yell
at him, then give it back in one of the lamest setups for the future when
the
Feds get a hold of the picture. There+s more bickering and in the end, Gino
decides Carla will stay there until the Feds are satisfied it+s a real
marriage.
