"Sweet Molly" is the Molly we see most of the time.
"Mean Molly" is the new Molly that we saw after she
talked to her "mother" on the phone.

I hope that I caught all the swings in her intonation
and have captured the terror she inspires.

Tuesday on "the city":

Molly (Sweet Molly) tells a sleeping Danny that that
was so nice, she wishes it would always be that nice,
(Mean Molly) and it could be if he wasn't bad. When
he's bad, she's bad. She was always nice, well, except
that once. Well, her teachers said she did bad things,
but no one ever found out. But when she met him, she
promised God that she would be good. But then he did
something with Sydney; well, he'll never go that again,
cause if he did, she'd have to do soemthing bad.
(Sweet Molly) Sleep sweetheart, she has to go out.

Sydney walks into the hospital and asks Angie if the
surgery was successful. They did what they set out to
do, Angie says. What does that mean? Sydney says.
She's telling Sydney everything she knows, Angie says.
No, she's not, Sydney says.

Zoey and Richard talk to Nick about the surgery. Nick
says that he's ready for the new liver. Zoey tells him
to at least recover from this surgery for a few minutes
first. Maybe an hour, Richard jokes. Nick wants to
know what's up. Zoey tells him that she loves him very
much, but she is not his daughter.

Is this a joke? Zoey explains about the letter. How her
Mom wanted her to know who her father was. So, Nick says,
it wasn't him? Zoey says she wanted to tell him, well
not really; she wanted to pretend that he was his father.
Can't she still pretend? Nick suggests. He tells her that
she can be his honorary kid, even though it's not a big
honor. It's a terrific honor, she says, crying and hugging
him. She leaves, telling him that she has to go before
she downs him in tears. See ya, kid, Nick says. Bye, pop,
Zoey says. Richard asks if he's dissapointed. Not really,
Nick says. Richard doesn't believe him. He'll live, Nick
says, adding, that he hopes.

Angie explains about the complications. If it's the money,
that's no complication, Sydney says. (ed. note: why did
everyone think complications mean lack of money?). Angie
explains about other people who are stronger and also need
livers. Sydney asks what can she do? Pray for a miracle,
Angie suggests. Sydney says a million dollars can *make*
a miracle. Angie says not it this case. Think about it,
Sydney says. Zoey overhears.

As they are returning to their building, Ally tells Tony
that it's kinda funny. She'll be dating a married man.
She heard they never leave their wives. Tony says he'll
leave Carla so fast, it'll make her head spin. Ally
says 10 minutes in front of a judge and they (Tony and
Carla) never have to see each other again. Tony doesn't
even want to see Carla today, but they have to get a
marriage license. He invites Ally to join him. *That's*
funny, Tony says, showing up with his bride-to-be and
his girlfriend. Well, she says, next time he's there,
it'll just be the two of them. They kiss.

Mean Molly is looking at the monitor, saying where are they
looking? There's the bar, she realizes, and a stair well.
Which one? They're not going to be spying on *ME*. What
are you doing? Tony says as he and Ally come in.

Sweet Molly says what are you yelling at me for? Tony
tells Molly that she shouldn't be playing with the
equipment. They explain that there are many cameras
around the building that Jared set up. Sweet Molly says
that's creepy. Ally hugs her and says it's okay now.
Tony explains that they're gonna track the masquerader
with the cameras. Tony is abrupt with her. Molly asks
some questions, and Tony says later. He has to get a
license. What? Sweet Molly asks. Marriage license. Well,
Sweet Molly says, you're getting married! No, Tony says
obviously not happy to have to talk about this, he is
getting married, Ally isn't. Ally promises to talk to
Molly later. Sweet Molly leaves, confused. Ally leaves
to go call Tyler. Tony tells her not to worry about
Tyler, there's no danger to him anymore. She just wants
to talk to him. Ally leaves. Danny comes out and Tony
tells him that he has to marry Carla, on Friday the 13th.
What do you want for a present? Danny jokes. A divorce!
Tony says. Oh, Danny says. Tony says he was made an
offer....and Danny can fill in the rest. Oh, mob related,
Danny realizes. Tony doesn't want to talk about it.

Zoey tells Sydney that Richard is in there with Nick,
telling him what Sydney was suppose to tell him 20 years
ago. Sydney thinks Richard will never forgive Zoey either.
Inside, Richard tells Nick that his son didn't die 20
years ago. You? Nick asks. You're my son, Nick states.

Tony tells Danny not to tell anyone. Sure, Danny says.
Ally comes in. My condolences, Danny says. For what?
Ally asks. He told Danny, Tony says. She talked to
Tyler, Ally tells Tony. She told him that she'd see him
soon. Tony and Ally sit down and he tells Ally that he'd
be having a fit if she was marrying another man, even
only on paper. She tells him that his life isn't a bed
of roses, he's got the feds and the mob breathing down
his neck. Tony wants to be with her all the time. They
are together all the time. They work together, they
play together. He wants her to move in with him. He
wants to have her smell on his pillows in the morning.
He wants to go to bed with her every night. Does she
have any questions? Tony asks. Only one, Ally says;
When can he clean out a drawer?

Nick asks Richard how long has he known? Since yesterday,
Sydney told him. That's what he was trying to tell him,
Nick suggests, before surgery. Richard says he wanted to,
but he didn't have enough time. They decided they like
the idea of being father and son. Richard says that when
Mr. Wilkins...Nick interrupts and says that they both
realize that Mr. Wilkins was his real father, more so
than Nick ever could be. Richard continues, when they
wheeled him into the hosiptal after his heart attack,
he had never been so scared...until this morning, when
they wheeled Nick out of this room. Sydney come in and
Nick tells Richard that he has a lot to talk about with
Sydney. Richard leaves. So, shall she go first, or
should he? Nick asks.

Richard sees Zoey, who asks if he told Nick. Yes,
Richard says and he took it well. Zoey offers to go get
some coffee with him. No, Richard says, he wants to be
alone right now.

Mean Molly is looking through some things (ed. note:
looks like she's in Sydney's apartment). She finds a
picture of Jared, and says that he's probably lonely.
But, no problem, Sydney will be joining him soon.
