Tuesday, in "the city":

At the party, Ally tells Carla she wasn't invited. Carla
says she's waiting for Tony to get the tapes. She'll have
to wait a long time, Ally says. Ally wants to have a
little girl talk. Carla says she's outgrown that. Has she
outgrown Tony? Ally asks.

In the hallway, Rebecca says she's FBI, he can call and
check. No, he believes her. What does she want? Tony asks.

Danny and molly are walking. He wants to know what's up.
Molly spreads the blanket. Can he have a hint? She tells
Danny she's an actress, that's his hint. She turns on some
music, and starts a seductive dance. Danny smiles.

Jocelyn is in her apartemnt in a robe. She is sitting on
the couch, and she can hear the music. She remembers that
Alex told Tess to look at the date on the obit. August 26,
Tess says, I'll be dead in a week. Jocelyn looks worried.

At the bar, Nick asks Jacob for a shot of whiskey, just
this once. Jacob thinks he's kidding the he realizes that
Nick is scared.

Nick thinks they should postpone. The publicity has already
gone out, Jacob counters. Nick complains about the lack of
practice. Jacob says that he can sing the songs in his sleep,
backwards. Nick says and that's the way the band sounds,
backwards. Nick says they need a new sound system, too.
JHacob syas the sound system is fine. nick yells that he's
not a professional muscian, what does he know...then he
appologizes for being out of line. The band is fine, the
sound is fine, Jacob yells, Nick is the one that's bugging
out about this.

Carla says Ally just doesn't get it. Ally says she heard
the tape, she knew the towel dropped, so, yeah, she "gets it".
Tony hates her guts. Carla says that if she heard the tapes,
the silences prove how much Tony does *not* hate her. She's
heard the tapes, Ally counters, and everything backs up what
she knows. Carla says she hates to eat and leave, but she's
out of here. Carla leaves. Ally leaves, and walks across the
hall to her apartment. She asks Jocelyn where everyone is.
Jocelyn says he was all partied out. Jocelyn says that Alex
is at the police station, cause they had another "incident".

Rebecca says the FBI has been watching the place since the
bombing. And Buck? Tony asks. He's nice looking, and sweet...
but they're interested in Tony, she says. Why? Tony asks.
Does she have to spell it out for him, *Mr. Solieto*?

Jocelyn says the paper was turned to the obit page, and there
was an obit for Tess. Alex went to the police with the paper.
Where is Tony? Ally asks. He was at the party when Jocelyn
and Alex left. Ally is worried. Jocelyn offers to get dressed
and go out looking for him with her. No, Ally says, she can't
wait.

What does his family have to do with this? Tony asks. They
(the FBI) know Joey was involved in the bombing. Bombing?
Tony asks. Don't worry, she says, they don't want Joey, they
want his boss. And who is that? Tony asks. Cute, Rebecca says,
as she tells Tony that they were watching and listening to
Carla for a few weeks now, and she told Daddy Gino about some
tapes Tony made, where she said something she shouldn't have
said. They want the tapes. They want to take down Carla and
her boss. And that would be? Tony asks again. The famous
Uncle G, Rebecca says.

Nick and Jacob argue some more about Nick wanting to ruin
this chance.nick says it's what he does best. Jacob tells
Nick to shut up and listen for a change.

Molly is doing a seductive dance for Danny, stripping very
slowly. She's down to bra and panties. The music stops. She
comes out of the trance-like stance. She is so embarassed,
she says. No, don't look at me.

Jocelyn is asleep on the couch, with the news playing. Someone
comes in and silently walks up to the couch. Jocelyn springs
into action, spraying the pepper spray Tess gave the girls.
There is a scream from the intruder.

Jacob says Nick was right, he never really was a professional
muscian. He did get paid once or twice, but he wanted to play
Bourbon Street, but the closest he got was...bourbon. Nick
says he understands, he got married young, had a kid. Jacob
says that's just an excuse. He could have done it, if he was
inspired enough.Nick says Jacob has heard him before and he's
heard him now. there is no comparison, Nick says. Right,
Jacob says, Nick is better now than he was before. Nick has
no idea that people would kill to have what he's got and he
wants to throw it all away? Fine! Jacob yells, whatever he
wants. So, Jacob asks, what does he want? Nick asks should
they do the second show at 10 or 11? Jacob says that he is
giving him an ulcer.

Tony says why should he think about giving her the tapes? If
he doesn't, Joey and his father could go to jail for a very
long time. Tony says she wants him to rat on his family,
does she have any idea what they do to rats? She offers
protection for him, his brothers and sisters, father, mother.
What about Ally? If he married her, they could make
arrangements. No, Tony says, it wouldn't work. She has a kid,
she couldn't live with never seeing him again. She's asking
him to protect his family, or himself. That's not an easy
choice. She tells him this is a one-shot deal.

Molly is embarassed. She can't believe she did this. Danny
tries to tell her that he was very turned on. That's the
last time that she takes advice from Zoey, Molly says.
Danny says he has to remmeber to thank her. Molly is ranting
on and on about how stupid she feels and how this was not a
thing she usually would do, while Danny is trying to tell her
that he wants her and ehjoyed the show. She's not listenind
to him, she's just so embarassed. He finally gets her
attention and tells her that he did a lot of thinking about
the future while he was in jail. What about the future? Molly
asks. He saw them, about like this...He grabs her and kisses
her. They fall to the blanket.

Jocelyn appologizes to Alex. Why did he sneak up on her like
that? She could have blinded him, Jocelyn appologizes. No,
Alex says, pepper spray doesn't blind, it just hurts...he
hopes. The door was open, Alex adds, she was asleep on the
couch...but trust him, he'll knock next time! He's seeing
stars, where are her lips? He kisses her, and complains about
the pain. Is this her idea of romance? he jokes.

Tony says she's asking him to protect himself and his family,
but never seeing Ally again. He's not sure he can do that.
Ally finds Tony in the bar. She was worried about him, she says.
He just needed to get away from Carla, Tony says. She
understands, but she thought he had left her, too. No, Tony
says, he'd never leave her. They hug.
