Tuesday in "the city"

Molly comes into the prison and looks around. Danny comes
in and she gives him her St. Jude medallion. Danny says
thanks, he could use a miracle. She might have one of those,
too.

At the agency, Alex is talking to Hank (at the police station),
he wants to save his neice's life. Alex says he'd appreciate
any leads he can find. Alex thanks Hank and hangs up. Jocelyn
is on another phone with the Suchi place. She says that the
fish was delivered from their place, how can they not have a
record of the order? Someone's life is at stake. She needs to
know whoordered the fish. Alex takes the phone and yells that
the lady is his neice, and he wants to know who put the poison
in the suchi.

At the hospital, Ally is wheeled in. Angie, Tony, Buck, Jacob,
and Tess follow. Tony tells Angie that she can't let Ally die.
Angie says that there is no pulse or respiration. Tony says she
can't let her die! Jacob stops him from going into the
examination room. Tony is upset.

Molly offers to lie and give Danny an alibi. He story is that
Danny picked her up at the airport, and they spent hours in the
car, driving around, making love (ed. note: ahhhh....the image
is frightening :-)). She tells him that he can say that she
asked him not to say anything for fear her boyfriend would find
out. Danny says no, don't do this. The cop will find out. If
the cops see through this, she can wind up in jail. Molly says
doesn't he understand? She'd do *anything" to protect him. She
says they can say Mike was the boyfriend...

They shock Ally, and on the second one, get one heart beat. But
only one. It flat lines again. Angie begs them to shock her
again. It's too late, the attending doctor says. Please! Angie
begs. Ally thinks, "Oh, God, they think I'm dead!"

Alex is on the phone yelling at the owner of the suchi store.
Alex says his neice appeared dead when they found her, and
she's...What do you mean your chefs are not licensed for that
kind? Jocelyn says she remembers soemthing about a story...
takes the phone, hangs up and dials.

Out in the waiting room, Tony is upset, thinking Ally is dying. Tony gets Jacob to admit that he doesn't think Ally will make it.
Jacob slips and says Ally was young enough to...WAS! See, Tony
screams, even Jacob thinks Ally is already dead. Tess comes over
to Buck, who tells her this is like watching Stacey die all over
again. She realizes he carries a lot of guilt over that. He needs
comfort, but he says they need to worry about Ally, not him.

Angie comes out and tells Tony that she's sorry. No, NOOOOOOOO...
he runs out of the waiting room. Buck and Tess see him go.

Danny wants to know why Molly is doing this. Because he deserves
so much more, she says. She believes in him and knows that he
could never kill anyone. How does she know? Because she looks
in his eyes and she can see, she relies. Does she really think
he could get out? She'd bet her savings. She doesn't have any
savings, Danny says. Her future savings, she offers. She hopes
that when he gets out, he'll want to spend some time with her.
She tells Danny that Tony gave Ally his letter jacket at
the bar today. Danny says don't wait for that, he dropped out
of school. She says they're happy, he can be happy, too.

Tony goes in to say goodbye to Ally. He tells her that she was
his best friend. Who is he gonna tease now, he asks? He adds
that he never got to say how much she meant to him. Ally thinks,
"Tony, help me!"

Jocelyn thanks the guy she called. She and Alex rush out. As
they run down the stairs, she tells him that the guy at the
university says there is an exotic fish that, if you eat the
wrong parts, fakes death for a few hours. Those that don't die,
come out of it in a few hours. The worse part is ifthe bodies
are given over to an autopsy before they come out of it. They
rush out, cellular phoen in hand, dialing as they go.

Buck says he never got over the thought that he could have done
*something* to save Stacey. Now, he says, Tony has to go through
that anquish. Jacob says someone has to make the phone calls to
the residents of the apartment, and Kate and Cooper. Angie says
she wants to stay with Tony. Where is he? Jacob asks. She left
him in with Ally, saying goodbye. Someone wants to take the body.
Tony wants 10 more minutes. Sorry, he needs to take the body now.

Danny says they both know he may never get out of here. That's
the reality of it all. Molly says reality is what he sees for
himself. Sitting at home, with the remote and a bag of chips
with her by his side? She hopes so. What happened to him is a
terrible mistake, she says. That's why she gave him the St. Jude
medallion. It saved her life. She was in a terrible car accident
a few years back. St. Jude saw her through. She knows that it
will do the same for him at the hearing tomorrow. Times up the
guard says. She tells him to have faith; things will be fine.
She leaves, and he says faith? Clicking shut the package the
St. Jude came in.

Tony kisses Ally (on the forehead) and tearfully says he'll
always love her. They won't let him go with Ally to the morgue.
He begs Angie to go with her, if he can't. He doesn't want Ally
to be alone. Angie agrees, and tells Tony that Jacob, Buck, and
Tess are waiting for him. He comes out in a daze. Buck is the
most understanding. Jacob offers to take him back to the apartment.
Tony says no, not there. He just can't handle that yet. Well,
anywhere, Jacob offers, just say it. He just wants to be alone,
Tony says. Buck says that he knows where to find them. Tess
starts to offer support, but Buck tells her it's not the right
time. Buck and Tess leave. Jacob asks is there anything that he
can do? Can you bring back Ally? He didn't think so, Tony sighs.
Jacob leaves. Tony cries.

Alex is on the phone to the hospital. Don't put me on hold again,
he yells. He's looking for the doctor who treated Ally Bowman, who
was brought into a hospital by ambulance. He knows it's a big city.
Arggggg. He's on hold again. Jocelyn takes the phone. She tells
him he needs to clam down. What if they declare her dead before
they can get there? Alex says. Jocelyn tells him not to think
like that. What's taking the elevator so long! Alex yells.
Finally. They rush out of the building.

Meanwhile, Ally is being wheeled into the morgue.
