Josie and Gary's, um, activities are interrupted by a knock at the
door. It's
Felicia, checking up on Gary. Josie's in the other room, but is
Felicia ever
embarrassed by realized that she caught Gary at a bad (or is that
good?) time.
Later, she goes to the police station to check up on Josie, and Gary
and
Josie act like they haven't seen each other since the unpleasantness
with
Buck. Anyone with eyes would be able to tell they were lying. Felicia
wanders around town, noticing couples everywhere. At the bookstore,
she has a
hot fantasy about a guy who looks like he belongs on the cover of a
romance
novel.

Ryan is freaking out about Vicky, but his officers aren't taking him
very
seriously. Nevertheless, they draw straws to see who will watch over
Paulina
and the various other scattered Corys. Lucky Joe draws Paulina. At
her
house, Paulina and Jake run into each other. He's "dying" to know: are
they
still married? Yes, Paulina happily tells him. She talked to Alison,
and now
that she knows the truth, she wants to stay with him. He is thrilled.
They
kiss. He leaves to continue looking for Vicky. Joe arrives. He is
upset to
hear her decision. Even though Jake wasn't lying, Joe still believes
that
Paulina loves him (Joe) more. Get over yourself, Joe. Regardless of
her
decision, Joe gets to hang around to guard Paulina.

Grant's superintendent tells him that his mother came around to babysit
for
Kirkland, but had forgotten her key. Grant makes a mad dash for the
baby's
room, where he is safely sleeping. The super says that when he told
Justine
the baby was with a babysitter, she just gave him the note for Grant
and left.
The super also mentions that she has white hair. Grant asks him to keep
this information to himself. Ryan knows he'll never find Vicky without
Grant's help. He calls Grant but says nothing when Grant answers the
phone. Grant says, "Justine?" Ryan heads on over and accuses Grant of
abducting Vicky so that he can have Kirkland. Grant denies everything,
saying that Kirk needs his mother and he once cared deeply for Vicky
and
wants nothing bad to happen to her. Ryan brushes this aside like the
crock of bull it is and warns him that if he knows where Justine or
Vicky
are, he better tell him, or he'll kill him. Hey, I'd pay to watch
that.
After Ryan leaves, Grant burns Justine's note.
Later, Jake arrives to confront Grant about Vicky.

Morgan tries to cheer Courtney up and asks her where she got that nasty
bruise
on her face. She says she got a rope burn in the gym. He mentions
that he's
never seen her on the ropes. Later, when Lorna asks her the same
question,
she says she got it roller blading. Domestic violence anyone? Laurie
brings
Ben into the hospital so they can learn to use his inhaler. Lorna has
her
photographer take pictures of Morgan playing with Ben. When Courtney
approaches them, Laurie loudly tells her to stay away from her son.
John
promises that he will be the doctor of record from then on. Later, Ben
uses
the inhaler when no one is looking. The next time he does this,
Courtney tries to stop him, but Laurie drags Ben out of the hospital
without
listening to what she has to say. Soon, though, she brings Ben back
in. He's
not breathing!
