Subject: AW: MONDAY UPDATE

Hi everyone! Here's how the week began on Another World:

LORNA/GRANT

Lorna proposes marriage to Grant but he views it as more of a threat than a
proposal. She tells Grant that her relationship with Morgan is over and that
by marrying him, she will attain status and class. Grant wonders about the
consequences of saying "no". He tells Lorna that she deserves alot more than
an arranged marriage.

AMANDA/CARL/"RACHAEL"/LORNA

Amanda notices something strange about "Rachael" when she refers to Allie as
"that child". "Rachael" uses the break-in as an excuse for her change in
behaviour and forgetfulness. "Rachael" leaves to run an errand and in her
absence, Amanda vows to find out what is wrong with her mother. She tells
Carl that Grant came over uninvited and when Amanda didn't roll out the
welcome mat, "Rachael" slapped her. Amanda reveals that she can not figure
out why "Rachael" is taking sides with Grant.

"Rachael" goes over to Grant's to pick up some of Allie's belongings recovered
from the fire. She is confronted by Lorna who warns "Rachael' to back off
and to stop interfering in her life. "Rachael" advises Lorna not to cross
her or she will regret it.

Back at the Cory mansion, Amanda, "Rachael", and Carl talk. Amanda wonders how
"Rachael" could go over to Grant's. She replies that for Allie and her
happiness, she would go to hell and back. Carl feels that Amanda's fears
about "Rachael" may have been misguided and points out how happy "Rachael"
seems.

AT THE HUDSON FARM

Nick stops by the farm and notices Josie. They look around the farm and
talk. Nick nearly freaks when he learns that Josie is training to be a cop.

Madeline and Lynette drop by with wedding gifts. She tells Sharlene how her
life is turning around now that Bailey is in jail and she has stopped drinking.
Madeline thanks Sharlene for all her help and lets her know that her and
Lynette have become friends. They have even arranged weekend visits together
through Lynette's new foster family. Sharlene is happy to hear this news and
tells them to keep in touch.
