Cobra/Josie/Gary & Matt:

Cobra is reallying loosing it! She scratches her face very badly in
the bathroom (I think it was the bathroom) at the newspaper then walks
into the office and of course Matt asks her what happened? She
responds that Gary went to her place the night before and was very
drunk and did this to her. Matt is fuming and takes Cobra to her
place. She tells her he won't let anyone hurt her (too late!) and
he'll never let her go (hmmm!). They make love. (We don't really see
that so that tells me they are doomed - not super-couple material or
else we would have seem more steam out of those two.)

In the meantime back at the hospital, Joe Carlino bumps into Josie and
Gary and congratulates her on her report on the glove she found at the
barn. It definately links Cobra to the drunken episode with Gary.

When Joe is gone in to see Paulina Gary explodes at Josie for keeping
this info from him. She explains that since he has had a drink even if
not voluntarily, Gary has a short fuse and needs to get a grip. He is
not in control and she is able to make him see that! He agrees and
they head to see Gabe and get his feedback from her report.

Gabe agrees that it's something, but not enough because Gary is in so
much hot water! He says he will talk to Internal Affairs on Gary's
behalf but he is not optimistic. They need more evidence. What if
Josie was framing Cobra with the glove instead of the other way
around? Gary gets made, but Josie calms things down and says she'll
continue her investigation. Gary warns her to keep away from Cobra.
What does she do? She calls Cobra at the paper and when she's told
that she left for the day, she goes to her place and knocks the door
in (was an easy door to bust I thought). She walks in and looks mad as
hell while Blair and Matt are in bed and look totally stunned (that's
the end of the episode - more tomorrow - should be good).

Now on to Joe and Paulina (and of course Jake).
Joe tells Paulina everything is OK now, he owns the building. She
doesn't understand how but she is so busy with visitors and gifts that
she doesn't really question as much as she should. Joe goes off to get
a loan at the bank using his building as collateral. He has so many
bills, plus now he needs a nursery, baby-stuff and the hospital bill
(not all was covered under his insurance). BUT, of course things
don't go as planned. The bank tells him he owes 50K in back taxes on
the building! He is fuming and goes over to see Jake. Jake is very
non-chalant and tells him to go manage his business since he now has a
wife, a kid and 50K he owes the Government! Things are heating up when
they are interrupted by a call. It's Vicky (or so Jake says - we don't
hear her). He says OK I'll handle it and rushes off with Joe screaming
that this won't be the end of it!

Now the good looking MD.
John and Felicia discuss Sharlene's request that John not allow
Felicia to visit with him and Greg. He won't go for it and Felicia is
trying to calm him down and accepts not to be around when Greg is with
John - John won't hear of it.

In the meantime, Cass is trying to reason with Sharlene but it's no
use! (There was a lot of this convincing several times.) Finally,
Felicia tries to talk to Sharlene (actually she tried twice - but in
her outfit with her beautiful matching hat - I think she probably just
reminded Sharlene how sophisticated she was compared to Sharlene and
probably p/o Sharlene even more. Felicia was superb in her outfit a
real romance queen.) Finally, Sharlene is determined to force Felicia
out of Greg's life (and in a way out of John's) against Cass' best
advise. Felicia tries to talk to her again and Sharlene just won't
listen and walks away and Felicia hits her where it really hurts, she
tells her that maybe if she didn't always walk away when the times get
tough, she would still have a marriage (ouch!).

In the meantime, John picks up the phone when he is last with Felicia
and she asks where he 's calling and he says "a laywer" - he's going
to fight Sharlene. This is going to get ugly folks!

Well I think that's it. The story really revolved around these stories
only but they were very good.

This is my last update for a while. Take care all.
