Here's what went down at Joe's bachelors party!! (A *great* all-male
show!)

At the Cory mansion:

Raphael alerts Carl that the chapel is finished, and asks that he be

paid. Carl senses that Raphael may be like him in some ways, and tries
to

interest him in learning chess. Raphael feels uneasy with Carl's

innuendos, and takes his $$ and leaves.

Let the Party Begin:

Gary and Gabe carry Joe to a police van that is full with our favourite
Bay

City men. Joe is surprised to hear that Nick and Sophia planned this

party. They transport Joe to a school yard basketball court, singing

"Good Lovin'" along the way. The guys divide into 2 teams and play
some

bball. A scuffle breaks out between Nick and Tomas - John tries to
break

it up. When Michael steps in to defend Nick, John asks him if he has

burned any good books lately. Michael explains that Felicia wasn't

supposed to see the book burning, and reminds him that Sharlene is

supposed to deal with John and Felicia walking around like they are in

heat. Michael and Matt then have words over Donna, with Mike reminding

him that they (Matt and Donna) were divorced the way Matt wanted. Mike

goes abck over to John and asks him to look him in the eyes and tell
him

that he (John) no longer wants to be married to Sharlene.

Rafael shows up to tell Nick that the chapel is ready for the wedding.

Tomas and Rafael get into an argument and throw punches at each other.

Nick goes over to Michael and tells him that he and Riley would like

to move back into the farm since Vicky is selling the house. Joe gives
a

thank you speech to the group, saying that he is the luckiest guy in
the

world b/c Paulina loves him. He talks about taking the marriage

commitment seriously, which prompts some of the guys (Michael, Gabe,

John) to reflect on their own relationships. Joe concludes that he
wants

to spend every waking minute with Paulina, and decides that he wants to

get married right away. Cass tells Morgan that he (Cass) has another

daughter, but doesn't have a chance to tell him who it is. John and

Michael play some one-on-one when John collapses. Michael yells for
Morgan.

Bay City's Famous Prisoner gets TWO Visitors:

Grant is sitting in his cell writing to Kirkland. He admits to hurting

Ryan to help his son. This letter-writing exercise seems to be a daily

habit, even though Grant has no idea where to send his letters.

Jake visits Grant and brings him a revised custody agreement which
states

that outside of Kirk's graduation, Grant has no ties to his son. Grant

refuses to sign such a document. Jake tells Grant to take a look

around. Through the cell bars, Grant grabs Jake around the neck. Jake

calls for the guard who hits Grant's arm to break the hold. Jake tells

Grant that Vicky never wants to see him again, and that she has taken

Kirk somewhere. Grant is furious and demands to know where Kirkland
is.

He reminds Jake that he will always be Kirk's father. Grant breaks
down,

and screams, "Does my son ask for me?". Jake answers that they are
doing

fine and asks him to do something right for his kid and sign the
papers.

Grant rips them to shreds. Jake reminds him that he has more, and

informs Grant that he will come back again, and again, and again until

the papers are signed. (This was a CLASSIC Jake scene!!) He tells
Grant

to give his kid a normal life. Grant tells Jake that he is more of a
man

than Jake will ever be...that he has earned the type of success that
Jake

could only dream about. Jake rebuts that Grant would probably change

places with him in an instant, b/c he (Jake) is out here, and Grant is
in

there (behind bars). Jake leaves, then Carls arrives.

Grant reiterates that he won't sign away his rights to his child, and

tells Carl that Vicky can send all the adversaries she wants. Carl
just

stares at him. Grant admits that he is in hell, and details how gross

prison life is, and how he realizes that he will never see his son. He

goes on about being able to see Kirk in his mind for a brief second
when

he wakes up in the morning. Carl continues to stare at his, which
makes

Grant that much more paranoid. Grant confesses that he killed Ryan,
and

demands that Carl tell him that he hates him - anything is better that

him just staring at his. All Carl says is, "I'll see you

later...yeeessss". Carl then whispers to the prison guard, "proceed as

planned".

That's it for a Monday!!
