Well it's happened...Grant admits it ( a stellar performance IMO:)
		  ...Cass and Morgan get closer?
...John and Sharlene come to an agreement?

I will start with the BIGGIE....

At the Cop Shop.

Everybody is there for one reason or another but mostly because they
are
worried about Vicki or they know the cops have Grant and are
questionning
him.

Lorna first announces it to Carl that they are questionnning Grant and
Carl
assumes the worst - that they are planning the lies. Lorna defends
Gabe.

Gabe talks Grant into confessing what happened that night. Grant at
first
admits to having been there by following Rachel and then seeing them on
the
tressel. He explains a bit and tries to convince Gabe that it was an
accident. Gabe does not buy it, he tells Grant why would he have lied
at
first, they know about the tire change, why the need for the prostitute
alibi. Gabe tells him the only thing that will help him is to admit
the
truth .

Grants breaks down and explains how Ryan was always in the way,
insinuating
himself into his life all the time. He goes on about how it had to
stop and
how he would have ended up taking Kirkland away from him
anyways....YES,
I SHOT HIM, I SHOT MY BROTHER, I KILLED HIM (commercial :)

When it comes back he explains again how good old Ryan was always
insinuating himself into his life, how everyone loved HIM, even if he
held
them up to impossible standards and judged them all, the still loved
HIM and
no one loved Grant. He says only Justine loved ME and Ryan hated that
too.

The night on the tressel he was being self-righteous again, he had to
stop
him or else he would have killed Justine and he would never have found
his
son. Gabe mentions that Kirkland was just in the car, but Grant
replies "I
didn't know that". He goes on more about how Ryan would probably have
married Victoria and Kirkland whould have grown to love him and called
him
daddy. He could not let that happen.

A bit later he says you know Ryan forgave me before he died do you
think he
meant it. Gave says he is sure he did. He hopes Ryan did forgive him
because he sure cannot forgive himself.

He is incarcerated on the charge of murder, and of course they take him
to
the "public" cell where Jake and Carl can yell obsenities at him.
It ends with Carl on the phone saying I want him to get a special
greeting the minute he gets to state prison.

An added note is Jake got a note from Vicki saying she just has to be
gone
for awhile, and she will be back. Maybe when she is sure Grant cannot
get
to her or Kirkland. They are the best of friends and she wil miss him
and
loves him.

AT THE HOSPITAL....

Chris maddison will be OK. At one time, when he is pretending to be
asleep,
his mom talks to him say8ing she hopes he will stay with her. Later on
Matt
drops by saying he will keep the job open for him at the Herald until
he
gets better. Apparently he is a good reporter.

JOHN SHARLENE>>>>

A bit more of the same, not agreeing and yelling but it ends up the
both
agree that no matter what they do it will have to be in the best
interest of
Gregory above and beyond all else. John opens a letter saying his
request
to participate on the Doctors Without Borders was accepted and they
would
want him for Rwanda immediately. Sharlene says I guess yo will be
going,
but John says not quite yet with everything that is happening.

CASS MORGAN

It initially starts with an emergency for a child. Later when Cass
sees
Morgan who is on a real downer because they saved the child for now but
they
cannot save her life because she has aids. Cass and he talk about how
Charlie misses her Godfather. At one point Cass tells him he loves and
misses him. Morgan says him to but that he has been angry at him for
so
long that it just takes over when he sees him, its like a shield that
just
goes up. (ed's note: I think the first step towards forgiving has been
taken)
