Today in Bay City:

              "The Jig is Up"

                    or
           "The Return of GUN-BOY."

AND: Michael and Donna drink from the Fountain of Truth.

Morgan's views on euthanasia are made clear.

Gary and Josie save water AGAIN.

BCG: Morgan & Courtney are about to celebrate their hard earned time
off when they find Tomas outside the hospital in some kind of
funk. They take Tomas home to Morgan's. He's really bummed
about losing his job. He wants to work to support Luisa, but says
he'll never find work because he's suspected of being the plug-
puller. But they've decided he's guilty, so they're not looking
for anyone else, Tomas says. Morgan reminds him that John Hudson
is in his corner, so everything will turn out okay.

Tomas finds a pamphlet called "Death with Dignity". Morgan
says it is his. Tomas asks why Morgan has it. Courtney wants to
know as well. Morgan says that Faye Hamilton wanted the
information, so he called and asked for it. He knows that Faye
didn't want to live on machines, and he will testify to that fact
when the time comes. We should concentrate on the good things
they do as doctors. Tomas leaves to go home to Luisa. Morgan
promises to help Tomas get a construction job.

Courtney is a little cool toward Morgan and he asks her if
she suspects him of being the plug puller. She says she doesn't,
but reminds him that they hardly know each other. And if it
wasn't for Andrew, they wouldn't be living together.

Josie's: Matt is helping Blair (Cobra/Jackie) move into Josie's Apt.
Matt
and Blair seem very friendly, so Josie asks Blair point blank if
she and Matt are involved. Blair says Matt is only her boss.

She doesn't get involved at work--she's been there, done that.

Josie admits that she IS involved with someone at work. Matt
arrives with more of Blair's stuff.
Gary phones and Josie invites him over to meet Blair. Blair
is surprised when Josie says that Gary told her he loves her.

Blair asks about Gary's past. Josie tells Blair that there may
be a problem because of Gary's past.... Matt comes in and Blair
says she wants to go back to the office. They leave.
Gary arrives and reminds Josie how dangerous "Cobra" is.

Blair should know that she can't just open the door to anyone who
knocks. Josie tells him Blair is not there and pushes him into
the bathroom.

BCPD: While Josie and Gary share a tub back at the apartment,
Blair is disguised as a cop and rifling Gary's desk at the police
station. She takes the file with her picture in it.

Vicky's: Donna and Michael arrive at Vicky's. Bridget says she can't
say
where Vicky is. She promised Vicky she wouldn't. Michael says
Bridget can call Vicky herself. Kirkland wakes up.

Donna and Michael review their history together. Donna says
that after marrying him and divorcing him so many times, she
finally found a man who truly loved her. She lost Matt because
she had a roll in the hay with Michael.

Michael pours Donna and himself a drink, not knowing that
Jake had dumped all the truth serum into the decanter. They get

pretty loose lipped, and Michael and she get into arguments about
magazines, her fish-lips every time she takes a sip of water, his
knobby knees, her cold feet in bed, his morning breath. He says
she always has to win every argument. Donna pours another drink.
By this time, they are both foxed pretty good. Donna
stumbles and when he catches her, she mentions that she loves the
way Michael smiles. She also says she loves his eyes. He says
he loves her eyes. Her skin and her hair, too. Oh, and her
behind, he likes to make her mad so he can watch her walk away
from him. Donna says she doesn't want to walk away. She loves
him. And hates him. Michael says the knows that. They kiss.

And fall to the couch. Then to the floor. When they get up,
Donna thinks it is great that they are being honest with each
other, but Michael thinks the water had something in it.

He finds the bottle and calls John to ask what "Veritol" is.

John tells him it's a truth serum. He tells Donna, but she's
asleep. He rests his head on her hip and says "I love your
behind." She mutters that he should "Keep your wobbly, knobbly
knees away from me."
Bridget comes in and is scandalized by the sight of Michael
and Donna sprawled on the couch, passed out.

Honeymoon Suite: Grant has found the gun that Vicky had in her purse.
He

hides the gun under the pillow. Vicky comes out of the bathroom
dressed in a negligee. He can't hide the fact that he's upset.

Grant says he never stopped loving her, always wanted her. Vicky
says he has her now. Grant wants to know why she married him.

Vicky says she understands that he needs love and tenderness.

She understands that he feels guilty about marrying her so soon
after Ryan's death. She says she would have taken the bullet for
Ryan and knows that Grant would have too, given the chance.

Grant is getting more and more upset.

Suddenly Grant asks her to go away with him. Forever. Take
the kids and go. Vicky says she can't--this is where her family
is she can't just leave before.... Grant gets the gun and asks
her when she was planning to use it. Back of the head, between
the eyes?

It must have fallen out of her purse, Vicky says. She
needed it when she found out Justine was alive. She tries to
smooth talk him about feeling safer with it. Grant doesn't seem
to be buying it. He points the gun at her. Vicky makes a remark
that they've played this scene before, and this time they should
end it differently. "You're scaring me!".
Grant drops the gun. Vicky tries to warm up to him again,
but he says she's ruined everything. He loved her and she is
using him. Vicky tries to deny everything, but it is clear that
Grant has found her out. He grabs her hair. I have nothing he
says, and she's not going to take Kirkland, too. It's all over,
now, he says. Part of the attraction he says, was the hate. He
knows just how much she hates him, he says.

She makes a grab for the gun, but Grant gets it first. "Go
ahead an shoot me, like you shot Ryan." Grant asks her if she got
that idea from Carl. "Did you think I actually would marry you
knowing you murdered your brother?" she asks. Grant says that if
he had made Vicky happy Ryan's death would not be such a tragedy.

Vicky calls him pathetic if he thinks he can ever make up
for what he did by taking Steven to the skating rink a few times.

"It was all a game." Grant says. He flies into in a rage,
and tearing the bed apart, finds the tape recorder. He records a
snotty bit about Vicky being devious and conniving.

Unfortunately he didn't confess, he adds.
Vicky says it doesn't matter if he doesn't go to jail.

Grant will have to live with himself.

Grant says, that no, she'll have to live with him as "Mrs.
Harrison."
Vicky laughs. The justice of the peace was an actor, she
says. Grant says that she vowed before God. Grant knows how to
convince everyone she's a happily married woman, he says. He
tries to force Vicky to call and tell everyone how happy she is.

They will never believe it, she says. Grant holds the gun very
close to her head and insists they are bound together, and she
will want to say goodbye to all the people who care about her.

FREEZE FRAME.

Kudos to Jensen Buchanan and Mark Pinter for a wonderful performance.
I

was on the edge of my chair! I hope they find a REASONABLE way for
Grant

to stick around after what he's done.
